Worked great at the beach! Cute pattern and good quality. Will definitely be using it every summer and it fit the whole family! Definitely pick this up for the beach next summer.

I first want to say how well sized and lightweight this blanket is. We were able to spread out, lay down and still be completely on the blanket. The side that touches the ground has a material that repels moisture and makes it super easy to wipe off any soils. The top of the blanket that you sit/lay on is soft with a small amount of cushioning. The blanket came sealed in a plastic bag then in a box. We took it out for a bike ride and picnic prior to opening it. The pictures in this review are the first time using it. Unfortunately, as we folded it back up we noticed the seams had not been sewn properly. Not knowing what to think of this, I went through the returns and asked to have a replacement. The replacement was sent right away and upon receiving it, we unfolded it and looked at every seam....absolutely perfect!There are several different designs to choose from and we went with the least colorful version. It's still fun with fish all over it.The price is very affordable for what you get! The blanket comes with a strap to carry it and straps to roll it up and keep it stored for your next picnic, beach trip, outdoor concert, car camping trip, etc.

We used this on a trip to NC. It was waterproof as stated and provided a great place for everyone to sit as we went back and forth to the creek. I loved the larger size and the easy way you could roll it up and carry so easily with the straps. Perfect for a picnic, sporting event or the beach.

Bought this for our dog. She loves it. Lies down on it whenever we throw it out.But she does have to share it with my wife and I on picnics. Has plenty of room for all three of us and the food.

Already used several times for day trips to beach and at home in the yard! Waterproof, sand proof! Tricky to wrap up and make sure it’s lined up to close properly but once you do it a few times and get the hang of it, it’s easier!

Got the larger 80x80 option black w fish/jellyfish. Unfortunately at checkout the colors didn't match the Oceans, and got the all black mat vs the Oceans. Still love the mat and it's humongous, super lightweight, folds up into a strap bag easily. Not cool the items didn't offer color but I'll just say it was a website glitch.Originally found a name brand item comparable size slightly smaller but better material. This is more of a blanket material vs a waterproof material. I'm sure it's water resistant possibly but the water doesnt bead off.Overall the price is a little more than competition out there without the same quality.

We have a family beach trip coming up soon and we need a large-ish blanket to take to the beach to put down as ground cover. This one should work very well. I love that sand won't get into the nooks and crannies of this blanket because it's not cotton like our beach towels. It does have a slightly plastic feel to it, but I guess that is out of necessity. The blanket is large, and lightweight, and well-stitched all around. The pattern is very cool - nautical themed, but not over the top. It comes with instruction on how to roll it up, but those aren't really needed.The carry strap is sewn to the blanket. I have mixed feelings about that. I guess it's good for not losing the strap, but it's unsightly to have a strap hanging off the side of the blanket. I suppose it can be tucked under the corner of the blanket out of sight. There is also an unsightly manufacturers tag sewn to the top of the blanket. I cut that off with a pair of scissors.The one thing I wish this blanket had is some corner pockets under the blanket for you to scoop sand into to help hold the blanket in place on the beach when the wind picks up. Other beach blankets have that feature. If this one had it, I would give it 5 stars.

Loved it, very soft, beautiful and comfortable.

I bought the blue blanket with orange flowers. I love the pattern and it is quite waterproof (it's only it's first summer though - let's see). However the blanket is quite thin so it doesn't add a layer of comfort on the ground or the sand.

Gave this blanket as a family gift and it's getting a lot of use. High quality and easy to care for.
