Great value for the price. Taste delicious and gives great energy boost. The strength is just what I needed, sometimes I can even do half a serving. Very effective and speedy results.

Love this mix for pre or during workout. All the flavors are good but we generally like blue xxx the best. The only thing that I don’t like about this size is it has a lot of air and as the level drops the provided scoop gets very hard to use for someone with larger hands. Add to that the plastic is sharp and I have honestly cut my buckles trying toScoop. Good product and energy level but wish they work on packaging a little.

The Cellucor C4 sport strength pre workout powder definitely has some standout attributes. There are very few calories in each serving (a serving is described as a level scoop of the powder). There are just 10 calories per serving. There are no sugars or added sugars. This drink has double the recommended daily value of both vitamin B6 (200%) and vitamin B12 (250%). There are also a number of minerals included in small amounts such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium and several others. In addition, there are over 200 milligrams of caffeine (a typical cup of coffee has between 80 and 100 milligrams of caffeine) in each serving.Then there are the "muscle building" supplements in this pre workout drink. The Cellucor C4 sport drink has creatine compounds, elevATP® and leucine which are designed to enhance strength and muscle growth.I tried the Hawaiian Punch berry blue flavor. Certainly, this is a manufactured taste as I cannot directly compare the taste to any real "berry" flavor. It tastes very sweet. It's not too bad of a taste. Certainly, a positive is that the powder completely dissolves easily.The Cellucor C4 sport strength pre workout powder seems to be a well-balanced energy providing drink. I'm not sure that it enhanced my workouts but I certainly felt energized and could complete my standard workouts with ease.

It tastes pretty good! It's a bit saltier than I expected- similar to those emergency vitamin c drink packets. I really like the flavor, and that's important because I feel like a lot of pre-workout drinks I've tried do not taste good and I end up never using them. This one is sweet and tastes like a berry punch. I like that there isn't much of an after-taste. It's easy to mix up the drink - just add a level scoop (the scoop is included) to 12oz of water and stir. The container says to drink this 20-30 min before working out but I usually feel the effects of this pretty quickly, like within 10 min. It really helps me push through workouts. It doesn't make me jittery and the energy lasts several hours. It's about $1.75 per serving which I figure is cheaper than an energy drink plus it has vitamins. One thing to note- the powder can settle during shipping but if you shake it up before opening, it should be fine. Overall, I can see myself using this regularly because I like the flavor and the long-lasting energy!

I like the flavor, the way the powder completely mixes with water, I like all of the ingredients with the exception of caffeine. It contains what I feel is an excessive amount of caffeine (200 mg) makes my skin tingle for about 45 minutes after I take it even if I drink an additional 16 ounces of water before working out and it doesn't make me feel very well either for about the same amount of time. I have had other drinks/powders or consumed supplements over the years that contain all of these listed active ingredients and have used them all without any issues but not at the level of caffeine this product contains.I like the vitamins, the amino acid blend and the fact that it contains creatine; however, I wish it contained another gram of creatine and 2 more grams of L-Leucine per serving as well as less caffeine, otherwise it would most likely be perfect for me; however, my body cannot handle the immediate influx of caffeine at the levels contained in this product and I will most likely not purchase this again because of the way I feel for 45 minutes to an hour after I consume this product. It may be fine for most people; however, it is not for me. I do not drink coffee and that may be the reason; however; unfortunately, I consume plenty of caffeine during a normal day so I do not believe I have an allergy.
