I honestly didn’t expect a pillow to make such a noticeable difference, but the Fluff Co. pillow completely exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect balance of soft and supportive — plush enough to feel luxurious, yet firm enough to keep my neck aligned. I’ve been sleeping more comfortably and waking up without the usual stiffness.The quality feels premium, and it holds its shape beautifully. No constant fluffing or flattening like with other pillows I’ve tried. If you’re debating whether it’s worth it, it absolutely is. This pillow has genuinely improved my sleep.

I love my pillows. I have tried for many years to find a good pillow. My husband even spent over 200.00 for a pillow.( sent them back). I bought these pillows over 6 months ago and I still am very happy with them. They are easy to fluff up, they have a center to them that doesn’t go flat. I can squish them around my neck, I can sleep on my back, stomach or sides. I would recommend these for sure.

I first ordered the soft pillow for my husband because he complained his pillow was too flat. After reading reviews, I chose the soft pillow for him. He said it was comfortable, didn't run hot, but felt a firm "soft" might suit his side-sleeper habit. Turns out this was the better choice for him. Don't know if it's specifically because he's a side sleeper, but the firm was still soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to support his head and neck while sleeping. Will probably order more of these!

I am honestly so perplexed by all the hype surrounding these pillows. I received mine yesterday, and will be returning it today. It never even made it onto my bed for a number of reasons:First, it has to be the noisiest pillow I have purchased to date. Every time you touch it or move on it, it makes this loud crinkling sound that that will keep anyone that isn’t hard of hearing,, awake.Then there is the stuffing, which flattens under your head, and pushes up on either side, putting immense pressure on both ears. Perhaps if you are a side sleeper this would be less of an issue, but for someone who is a combination sleeper, like me, it’s unbearable. Since it flattens in the middle, it doesn’t actually provide any head or neck support. It also gets very warm, so all the advertisement about it being breathable is absolutely false. The pillow that was shipped to me with a manufacture date of 2024, so maybe this company has improved upon its design with their more recent incarnation, but I’ve bought better pillows than this one at Walmart.I wish I had paid attention to the notification that this item was frequently returned, but I have heard so much about these on social media, and I was desperate for some relief from neck pain, so I took a leap of faith, which I regret.

I have been on the hunt for a good pillow for ages! I do like a softer pillow, and one that isn't too thick. I have slept in the hotels these are supposed to mimic, and I'm just not feeling it. Maybe these are "too" new and haven't had time to settle it (or another way to say it- used and squished). But I find them to be over-stuffed, and honestly not any better than some other brand "hotel" pillows that I got two for the same price.The pillow is well made, and for the right person probably pretty nice. I have no idea how well it hold up over time, hurts my neck too much to try for more than two nights.

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a little bit now and I can honestly tell a difference. It’s super comfortable, supportive, and stays cool throughout the night. I usually wake up with neck pain sometimes, but this has helped so much with that. The quality feels amazing and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. Definitely one of the best pillows I’ve tried and I’m genuinely impressed!

I am loving my new Down Alternative pillow. I ordered the “Soft” because I love when my head hits the pillow and feels fluffy and soft. And this pillow is perfect. I don’t wake up with a stiff neck anymore because it’s soft but very supportive. And it’s full and not flat. I feel like I’m sleeping on clouds. Its made extremely well, I can tell by the stitching. I got the down alternative due to allergies so with the alternative, I have nothing to worry about. It’s machine washable which is very convenient. I’ve been sleeping so sound these days and it’s all because of this pillow. You get that hotel feel right in the comfort of your own home. I am super impressed !!

This pillow is like sleeping on a dream.I've tried a memory foam and a down and feather pillow but alway had a bit of a stiff neck in the morning but I've been using this one for 2 weeks and, so far, I've been pain free. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow let's me breathe properly all night long too.I'm really please and would recommend anyone who has trouble sleeping to try it.

Pillow is awesome very comfortable and holds it's shape/firmness. You won't be disappointed.

It's a good, hotel weight, feather pillow. I would buy another from a quality and comfort standpoint, although the price I was quoted for a purchase overseas was pretty high, and I suspect you can find other feather pillows of the same size and weight for less.
