Been using this every day for 2 months. I had the original product from Luncheaze, which is over $200, and didn’t pack it for my trip. Decided I wanted a product like this so I decided to try a cheaper version and found this. It holds much more food than you figure; you can get 2 meals out of what it holds. The heat function works well, it is easy to program or just use without programming (will take 2 hours to heat up). The display is easy to read. Comes with an insulated bag and a for and knife.My 3 star rating is because of the design. Those who produced this never used it as intended or they’d have found these issues and fixed them. First, the lid doesn’t stay on. It isn’t a proper circle thing that holds the lid on to the rest of the lunch box, so the tabs pop off and it’s quite a pain to get the lid popped back in. Really inconvenient.Second, getting the box out of the insulated bag should be easy, not an acrobat trick. BEcause there is no handle on the top, you cannot just lift the box out of the bag. You have to slide one hand to the side while turning the box sideways and slide it out like that. Otherwise, if you have liquids, they’ll just leak out.Third, the lid to the container is not leak proof. If you have soup and the box does tip, everything gets wet and gross.Those are my only gripes, but, fi you use this daily like I do, they have become quite a huge pain in the rear.
