These are very good and truly work! The gummies taste great, not hard or sticky when you chew them, they do stick together in the bottle though. I take 1 daily. I am a female in my early 50’s and noticed a slight decline in my memory & focus due to menopause and just natural aging. I did some research and thought I would try these! I started using this after seeing a younger cousin start a spiral into dementia. It’s hard to be actually concrete in its effectiveness. But I have noted subtle changes. The first time I found a difference was in my reflexes to an action. Someone threw something towards me, but what I did was so unexpected. Without thought I just reached out and caught it. The action, while simple, just caught me by surprise. I can’t remember the last time such a spontaneous moment happened. I’ve always had a great memory, but small little things, like names of persons, seem to be easier to remember.Are they profound and so obviously noticeable? No…I think it has worked in subtle ways.
