Love it works great for teams calls and easy set up. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it would be great if it charged your phone.

Did not even get a chance to really use it. First time we charged it, the charging cable broke. Tried to connect it to the cube that we always use for our other electronics and when it was done charging, pulled the charger out and this is what happened. Thank goodness it didn’t burn anything because we had it charged for a while.

This stand is fantastic for both FaceTime calls and vlogging. This gimbal stand has really exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure exactly what it was going to do or what it was for, but after unboxing it and setting it up, I can totally see the benefit of it. I will say, I had a tough time getting my iPhone to recognize it and I had to try multiple times with my phone in multiple orientations before it actually saw it and asked me to pair it. What worked for me was holding my phone horizontally flat on the right side of the gimbal near the arm. In this orientation, I got the popup on my phone about connecting the accessory. I will say, the instructions are a little off though. There is no NFC option in the settings in iOS unless you have a “really” old phone, like prior to an iPhone 8, I believe. All newer iPhones have NFC automatically enabled and on all the time, so don’t worry about that part if you can’t find it.Once it was paired, I fired up my camera and turned it to the front facing camera and that was it! The magic started happening right away. There was nothing to set or program, it just started working and following me around no matter where I moved. I went in a 360 degree circle around my kitchen island and it followed the entire way. I crouched down and it angled down at me. It was pretty impressive. I can see this being very handy if you were doing a FaceTime and cooking, or cleaning and moving around a lot, you can just leave your phone in one spot and it will follow you. Super cool.It is battery powered so keep that in mind, you will have to charge it at some point. You can run it while connected to power as well, but be warned that the power cable moves with the base so it will tug on the cable and could possibly wrap itself up, so be aware if you use it while plugged in. The spot you attach your phone is MagSafe so it attached magnetically, but it does not charge your phone while connected. It does say this on the device, but just FYI, it’s not a charging stand. Oh, it does come with a nice braided USB-C to USB-C cable, which was a nice touch.Overall, I’m very impressed with this and if you do any kind of live streaming, or recording videos, or move around a lot while FaceTiming, this is a great accessory to have.

This gimbal has been fairly easy to use. It works great on my desk and keeps me in the frame when walking or moving around a little. It’s good for reviewing or videos where you are fairly stationary in the frame. The remote is great for starting and stopping video. I have only began with the possibilities of this thing!
