So I had Glycine on a list of supplements to try because I follow some healthy body builder types online. I am not one myself though. At all. I am not even a fit person nor a fitness fanatic at all. I’m older and not svelte currently. (I prefer natural remedies as first line defense when possible.) So I’m not a fitness icon here. But I do follow and read these healthy peoples posts, and they recommended Glycine. (Taurine too even. Plus many others). But I had Glycine on my radar the most.So Glycine has been on my list of supplements to try, but I just wasn’t in a rush since I’m not building muscles.Now I deal with insomnia lately. And I had read somewhere that Glycine could help. This was news to me since I had only associated Glycine with body building and muscles. So then I really wanted to give it a try for sleep issues.And so I ordered this bottle. I don’t have any loyalty to any Glycine brand yet. It was a pretty random brand choice. It’s my first time trying Glycine so it wasn’t easy to choose with the vast variety on amazon. So my brand choice is totally random. Maybe the price and review numbers is why I landed on this brand. I can’t recall. Just had to choose and start somewhere. So I pulled the trigger and just placed an order to try Glycine.So now I take one Glycine in the later evening and then two more Glycine right near and closer to bedtime. And I always get drowsy with the Glycine. Every time. I can fall asleep now and I don’t tend to fight it. The Glycine seems to help with that too. It really does work for me and I’m a deeply ingrained night owl. I prob have a hyperactive brain. I know I used to be like this since I was a baby. A serious Night Owl. My mother said I was always playing in my crib at midnight a lot. Sigh. It’s inherent and nothing I can really do except manage it.If I take the Glycine too early though I I’ll sleep too soon and wake up at like 3-4 am. So I take it closer to 10 pm to get sleepy and to stay asleep longer.Glycine seems to really help me with my insomnia and I take it nightly now. Three is what is mentioned on bottle. And that’s my full dose so far.Since I’m a supplement user I’m already very aware to look for changes and side effects.So with any supplement I always monitor any minute or major changes and any extra side effects. I have none with Glycine. None. Just the good ones I wanted. My experience is just having that desired drowsy effect that I need. It works well for me and is mild in side effects but powerful in what I need it for. No cotton mouth no headaches no weird dreams no hangover head no lingering drowsiness. Just a good drowsy effect upon taking it and then a good sleep and a good wake up. It’s mild in use but powerful too. It has nothing bad about it. It works perfectly to address my insomnia with my overly active brain.I hope this helps everyone who might be looking for a good insomnia and sleep regulator. This does it for me. This glycine works great for sleep. I take it with magnesium before bed and sleep much better than I used to. I am prone to nighttime anxiety, a nightmare occasionally, and 3 am waking. This helped a lot of that. I’ve taken half the bottle so farHowever, I did want to warn people that while everything that you read on the internet says you can’t get dependent on it, from my experience it is very unpleasant when I don’t take it. I’ve tried 3 times to go without it a night. All three times I get horrible and stressful dreams (more than one) and wake 3 times or more. Way worse than before I started taking it. I do feel like my brain is dependent on it now. I did read you may need to taper off if you want to stop it

1000mg of good, clean glycine in 1 capsule!!! That is 3rd-party tested. Works well and is much easier to use than the powder. There have not been any stomach discomfort issues, and the value is very good.
