First of all, I have to say it is pricey, especially if you’re new to salon-grade hair products. BUT it is truly an investment in your hair, especially after dealing with bad color or bleach damage.I found it really hard to find a good product that could properly replenish my dry hair, but this one, after just one use, works wonders!!I’m not joking! I noticed I was losing less hair almost immediately. It’s incredible!The scent is nice but mild and very pleasant, and it genuinely feels like I’m treating myself to a salon beauty appointment at home. A little goes a long way, and my hair looked shiny after just one use.I also air dry my hair by wrapping it in a turban, and the next day my hair was soft, shiny, and strong.Overall, I ordered it on Amazon and received it in good condition and original packaging. this is one of those products i keep crawling back to because it just… works. no drama. no elaborate ritual. no needing to spiritually align with the moon before using it. i use it, my hair behaves, society continues.the texture is rich without feeling heavy and it gives that immediate slippery silky feeling where your hair suddenly starts cooperating like it’s received updated software. i mainly notice the frizz reduction honestly. my hair has a tendency to develop what i can only describe as “medieval hedge energy” if humidity even looks at it wrong, and this smooths everything down without making it flat or greasy.also the shine. the SHINE. every time i use this i catch myself inspecting my own hair in reflective surfaces like a deeply unserious disney villain. lift doors. shop windows. the back of a spoon. suddenly i’m tilting my head in natural light like i’m in a shampoo commercial filmed for people recovering from emotional damage.i genuinely think this works well across most hair types because it’s one of those balanced formulas that moisturises properly without leaving residue behind. my hair feels softer, stronger and less crunchy at the ends after consistent use. detangling is easier too which matters because i do not have the emotional resilience for losing half my hair to a hairbrush before coffee.the only mildly annoying thing is i absolutely go through this faster than the shampoo. every single time. the conditioner leaves the bottle at a pace that feels financially targeted. like why is the conditioner always the first soldier to fall in the shower economy. but honestly? worth the $34 to me because my hair comes out looking glossy and expensive instead of like i survived a small electrical incident.this has become one of my reliable default repurchases. dependable. effective. quietly carrying the entire operation like the eldest daughter of haircare.✨tl;dr✨ silky, shiny, smoother hair with noticeably less frizz. expensive but genuinely reliable. i use it faster than the shampoo every time because apparently my hair consumes conditioner like it’s participating in an olympic event.

I hate that I love this conditioner. My life was ruined upon purchasing it because, after one use, I realized I could never go back to another conditioner.My whole life I've lived in humid environments and for the longest time I thought I had straight hair. My hair would become a frizzy, tangled mess after just 1 minute outside. Well, this conditioner works so many miracles that it brought out the curls in my hair - and KEEPS THEM THERE.If I run out of this or don't use it for 1 wash, my hair loses its curls very easily on the 2nd day. This conditioner brings them out, and keeps them looking beautiful even on the third day. The frizz control is wonderful. My hair looks shiny but not oily, and feels so soft.My only gripe with this conditioner that would lower the rating down to a 4.5 is that it's pretty bad for helping detangle. I have pretty long hair and detangling requires huge amounts of product. But that can't stop me from loving it.

This is the holy grail of hair products. I am in my late 40s and have thin, dry, color damaged hair. My hair has been frizzy and I could only wear a ponytail and even in that it would become a tangled rat mess. I have tried 100s of dollars in products from Keratin hair treatments, Aveda products, Nexus, Pantene, Its a 10, blowouts EVERYTHING under the sun and nothing was working. I was ready to shave my head and start over. Then I found this and read soooo many reviews and said shoot all I have to lose is more money. So for my fine, thin, color/highlighted damaged hair I got the 4/5 shampoo and conditioner, weightless nourishing mask,#3 Bond building hair and the #9 Bond Protector. My hair is now SOOOFFFTTT, not frizzy even when it is humid out (I live in the desert) so not many humid days until recently. This is all in just 3 days!!! Day one I used the Shampoo and Hair mask with already noticeable difference, Day 2 and 3 I used only the shampoo and conditioner. I started with the small bottles at $30 each and I am so far very pleased and plan on once I run out getting the larger bottles. I will tell you that you need a very very small amount of shampoo, it goes a LONG ways. The conditioner maybe a nickel size amount as it also goes a long ways. When I first used this and was done rinsing my hair, it did not feel soft and I was thinking okay I am going to not have fun brushing my wet hair and it was going to be a waste of money. Boy I was fooled. even though my hair did not feel soft and slick after conditioning, the wet brush I use as always just glided thru my hair with such ease. I was like oh okay and then once I dried it I was completely shocked at the difference the first wash alone had made. There were no tangles and the entire day my hair has been smooth, soft and manageable! I say take your chance and get this product, I hope you are as happy as I am with this. I plan on tossing every other hair product away now that this is the only thing that genuinely works for my hair in a way that I have never experienced with a hair product before.

Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner is a product that was suggested to me by my stylist after my hair started to get super dry following processing to lighten it. She used the salon products (1/2) and I left the salon feeling silky, but due to hard water, my hair quickly went back to a straw-like consistency. Olaplex No.5 along with No.6 leave-in saved my hair!My hair is naturally dark brown, but in January I decided to let my silver come in and to stop coloring my hair. I let my hair grow our about 1" and then my stylist suggested we lighten the remaining hair (I was hoping to avoid looking like a Calico cat), followed by a darker toner to soften the line of demarcation. Out of the salon, my hair looked fabulous, but a day or two later, back to straw.I purchased this No.5 conditioner from my stylist and after using it for the first time (leaving it on for 5 minutes in the shower after shampooing with a moisturizing shampoo of another brand) both my scalp and hair felt refreshed. I put on some No.6 leave-in on my towel-dried hair and styled as usual. The results were immediate.I now use No.5 about every other shampoo (using a deep conditioner when not using this product), using it every time after using any purple shampoos which are particularly drying to my hair and tend to irritate my scalp.My hair using Olaplex No.5 is softer, smoother and appears more shiny and conditioned. It remains frizz-free, which is not easy to accomplish as I also have naturally curly hair which I tend to flat iron most days, and soft to the touch for a day or two after using this product.My hair is above my shoulders and I can get away with using about a dime-sized amount of this conditioner to do my whole head and scalp. The product is very concentrated and works through damp or wet hair easily. The scent is mild and very pleasant. I've had no irritation to my scalp using this product.It should be noted that this is no ordinary conditioner. It repairs the hair bonds on the cuticle to produce a smoother cuticle (outside of individual hair shafts). This makes your fuzzy, dry hair appear smoother, shinier, and healthier and makes it much easier to attain a beautiful style.Expensive? Yes.Worth it? Yes!Do without it? No.If you have normal, healthy hair you probably don't need to use this product. But if you have processed hair that is fuzzy and dry or breakage that seems never-ending, give this one a try. It's gentle and effective, with a little going a long way.

Love the conditioner!! I use the shampoo and conditioner and absolutely love it! My hair was unruly before, and I’ve tried many different shampoos and conditioners ranging from different prices and brands, but did not work for me. Once I tried this line, it became a staple on my hair products. I use with other products for hair maintenance, but can honestly say, this is my go to. It may not be for everyone, but, I can honestly say, don’t knock it till you try it. It has a pleasant clean smell to it, and has a thick consistency. Makes my hair soft. My hair does feel stronger and healthier. Would buy again!!!’ 🤗

Love this shampoo & love what it does to my hair. It takes just a tiny amount & it suds up more than anything I've ever used. No fragrance which is a plus. This is a travel size but lasts a super long time. I also use the conditioner & I like it just as much. Don't hesitate to try!

Utilizzato con lo shampoo Olaplex 4, questo balsamo è comunque anche da solo, un vero portento! Si consiglia di tamponate i capelli per una migliore efficacia. Dopo averli pettinati per facilitare la penetrazione del prodotto, più lo si lascia in posa e meglio è ma la differenza la si nota anche dopo 5/10 minuti. Nutre in profondità e ha contribuito nel mio caso a non farmi tagliare capelli completamente rovinati da trattamenti alla cheratina, ineficaci sulla lisciatura , quanto dannosi; avevo fatto crescere con tanta fatica i miei capelli sempre corti e tendenti al riccio e a tagliarli non ci pensavo proprio. Oltretutto ne basta poco e con l'uso di una piastra a vapore sono riuscita a nascondere la cresposità. Ottimo il venditore "Capelli monelli" e naturalmente, Amazon!

In process of returning items as they are fake.In my images, left bottle is what I received, right is what I already have & purchased in Sephora (so 100% genuine).As you can see with the fake product it’s more white in color, the back label has an odd sticker on it, the coding on the bottom is in a different size. The actual product is way too liquidy & sickly sweet in scent.
