I've been using this MCT powder for over a year -- I like that there is no flavor or problems w/ digesting it. My only grumble is that it MUST be mixed in my coffee w/ a frother -- it stays clumpy otherwise. I like having the subscription feature too.

I mix this in my smoothie and it makes it a little richer. I value its nutritional value and it blends easily into my smoothie. I use other Nutiva products and have been pleased with them.

I love this MCT powder. It's so easy on my stomach and gives me the little boost I need to start off my morning workout. I've been using it every day for about a year. There is no taste, and makes my first cup of coffee creamy.However, being on a subscription has sucked. The serving per container says 30, but in reality it's only 26 leaving me hanging for 4 days or I have to break the subscription and order earlier.

I enjoy this MCT powder. I use it in my coffee it mixes well and the biggest benefit I have is that I have less brian fog. I enjoy knowing that I am doing something good for my body and brain first thing each morning.

If you just put this in your coffee it will clump. The way you get it to not clump is you want to do drip coffee and you add the MCT power in first, then when you pour the water you want to stir the MCT power while it's pouring. Then it will not clump. I just drink the clumps quickly at first when it does. I have no luck with MCT oil raising my metabolism, the only effect I have received is reduced appetite. I'm still trying to figure out how to lose weight, but it seems like it works best with every-other-day (EOD) fasting. Every other day you drink a protein drink for breakfast and drink coffee with MCT oil (or put the oil in your protein drink) and you skip lunch and just eat dinner. Then the other days you can eat what you want. For each person, you will have different luck with different tricks. For me, it's the only way I can go into calorie deprivation. The more you eat junk food the more you will want to eat. The longer you go without food the less food you will want to eat.

This is a great product. It's not only the least expensive but it's a great value. It blends easily when one puts it in the cup first and pours hot water over and stirs immediately. I sweeten mine with powdered stevia, and add a scoop of collagen in my morning green tea. Such a good value and highly nutritious!

I'm just a powdered fan I guess. Carbs have to be added in order to make it in powdered form. It also does not dissolve in coffee well. Little clumps, even after quite a bit of stirring. For that reason I'm out. I bought this because I thought it would pack better for travel. Maybe. But I take a bottle of MCT oil (Costco has 2 bottles for under $20) and simply place a baggie under the lid when I pack. So for the clumps I'm out.

While some may resist ‘additives’ to products like these, the fact that this product has added fibre is a good thing, given that most of us humans do not get even close to our daily requirement. I add this MCT Oil powder to my Americano every morning (with cream) and it tastes creamy and delicious. YES, it takes some stirring, but you can get rid of any lumps by squishing them between your spoon & the side of your mug. No biggie. Much more cost effective than some that have to be ordered from the USA (outside of Amazon) where you end up paying exchange rate, duty, & shipping cost! Great for those doing Keto or who want to add health benefits of MCT Oil to their diet.

I thought it was the vanilla flavour when I bought it. Oops. Lesson learned. But it still works for mixing in hot drinks or protein shakes for the extra touch of fiber and fats. Makes everything creamier and smoother. Just a bit pricey is all.

I use this to make my healthy late with the dandelion powdered drink that I also order from Amazon.

I had the highest hopes for this product, but unfortunately it fell quite short. The texture is unpleasant, and the amount of fiber they put in to reduce the number of net carbs is probably the cause of this. Instead of creaming your coffee like a lot of other mct oil powders do, it is difficult to dissolve and does not add much to your beverage.

Think I would rather take pills, the taste is awful...
