The Grillmaster version of this barbecue grill set comes with a plate, warming bag and a small greeting card.The greeting card states "You are SMOKING HOT?" on the front and "Barbecue Party" on the back. The entire card has a glossy yardstick appearance on the inside and out. The outside makes a good presentation, but the glossy on the inside doesn't interfere with using a pencil or ink pen, but might not work well with a gel or felt pen.The grill plate is a nice presentation, glossy and is oval shaped with flat edges on the left and right side. It measures 14 inches by 10 inches and 3/16 inches thick. It is a solid plate that can be very nice for a nice amount of meat for grilling. It has a small 1/8 inch lip curved up around all the edges. The plate is large enough that it can to hold four hamburger flat once grilling is done, 3-4 small stakes or 2 large stakes, 3-4 chicken breasts or an entire package of hotdogs or sausages. The lip is so shallow that you have to be careful to keep it level to avoid allowing juices to slide off the edges. It is slick and could allow frozen or round items to slide right off if not held level.The grill bag is insulated with reflective bubble wrap like material on the inside and measures 21 inches by 15 inches with one end being 6 1/5 inches while tapering down to flat on the top side. The left and front side of the bag has a nylon zipper allowing the bag to open most of the way when lying flat. There is a small 3 1/2 inch loop strap in the upper corner where the zipper starts. It can be used to carry the bag with 2-3 fingers if desired.The size of the bag makes it a little ackward to wash and let stay open to dry, but it is certainly possible The bag is approximately 1/8 inch thick so it would hold in a good amount of heat. The bubble wrap insulation makes it a little slick inside so unless the you're letting a brisket rest, you will have to ensure the bag remains level to keep meet separate and not jumbled together. This may not be important to most, but if you have a family like mine and everyone wants their steaks or chicken seasoned differently and you need to retain knowledge of which have that special seasoning, you have burgers with melted cheese or you have mild Italian sausages mixed with spicy jalapeño sausages.I found the kit to be useful knowing the specifics noted above and found the bag useful to rest the meat while retaining the heat and keeping the flies and insects off. The bag will hold full racks of ribs, a large brisket, multiple tri-tips, steaks 2-3 chickens and a several pounds of sausage and hotdogs.I found the product to match the description and images listed.It will easily last a grilling season and most likely 2-3 years in my opinion.

Good product, nice gift box setup (picture 1). I especially like the card to give my wife (she is the primary griller in our family).Reason for 4 stars is product description is misleading and needs corrected. I contacted Giftaroo and from their response I am not sure they are updating product information (I replied back that they need to update or eliminate all references to dishwasher).The description and Rufus imply the resting bag is dishwasher safe- It is not per answer from giftaroo, it is to be wiped clean (as I assumed). 2nd picture shows my pro tip for easy clean up: use a baking pan and aluminum foil over meat {in picture there is 1 rack of ribs on an 11" x 17" baking pan}, don't place meat directly on bag.Platter has no markings (looks like Melamine). Giftaroo stated it is Melamine, if safe for raw or cooked foods and is dishwasher safe.

This is a nice BBQ Blanket Set, that comes in a box which would be great for gifting. That was my thought when I first ordered it. When it arrived, I took my pics and set it aside for later. Low and behold, a couple of weeks later, my son decides he wants to smoke a brisket on none other than my smoker. His is smaller but would have surely fit the brisket we made. Well, the brisket got done earlier than we anticipated and we needed a way to keep it warm until after church that morning without drying it out. He wanted to wrap it in foil and throw it the microwave until we got back. I went and grabbed this kit and said Merry early Christmas. We set the brisket on the platter and put it inside the bag. When we returned home from Church the brisket was still warm and so very tender. Not sure if it was the bag or the cooking, but it was delicious as well. I found this to be a semi sturdy set and using them together made it very functional and convenient. Cleaning was relatively easy as we just turned it inside out to wash it with dawn dish soap, rinsed it off and let it drain dry. I made sure to leave the zipper open a little when we put it up for storage just to keep it from retaining any smells or residue. All in all, this is a good set. I am not a big-time smoker, but the wife and my son, both love it, so I try to leave it to them.

The box it comes in gives it a nice presentation as a gift. I received the "Grill Master" variant. I cook for a family of 5 so the plate is a bit on the small size. I usually cook ~18 burgers at a time so even stacking them was difficult to fit all. 4 or 5 steaks would probably fit pretty well.The grilling blanket, while a pretty good size for a roast makes me leary for food remnants. I would wrap in aluminum foil and then some kind of plastic to keep juices from getting into the seams.

I love this gift set! It’s the perfect set for anyone starting to learn how to smoke and cook meat. The resting blanket is easy to use and easy to clean should it get dirty! The apron included is great and fits many sizes! Great gift to give!

Good size Thermal Blanket for your BBQ! I got this because My husband loves cooking on grill and sometimes he gets a little excited about it, so when I tell him we are going to bbq for dinner he wants to start immediately but I have sides to make still but if I tell him wait I’m not ready yet then it’s like pulling teeth to get him to go do it at the exact time needed so everything will be hot and ready to go at same time so instead of having cold sides or cold or slightly microwaved meat I opted for this method which I had never heard of before but sure enough He can go cook the meat when he first hears bbq and the meat will stay warm even if I’m still cooking the sides so it’s a win in my home and it came with a nice sized platter to transport the bbq from grill to countertop!! Great invention nice quality material used silver thermal interior and a smooth zipper nice size for a family

Great little gift set for any man. I liked the resting bag but the handle placement could be improved by moving to the top or adding a second handle. Overall it worked nicely keeping my pork butt to temp.
