It took me a long time to pull the trigger on this because of the "fire hazard" and "flimsy" reviews. Did a little looking around about the burning/melting of the cables and it seems that's a low frequency complaint on almost all brands of these just as it is here. Geek type articles suggest it's usually due to over loading or rough use. So far it's been just terrific. It's set up in the den/office type room of our house. We use some of the cables that came with the charger plus one of our own phone/tablet cables and the cables that came with ear buds, watches, and dog's GPS tracker. Super easy set up. Dividers easily accomodate our Android phones and Samsung tablets, support their weight well and don't appear likely to break. Also have 2 sets of generic ear buds, two non-Apple fitness watches and the dog's tracker that get put on the charger. We are two retired adults so we don't have high volume use with regard to number of users or devices. There are almost never more than 2 devices using the charger at a time. I've checked and the charger does not heat up to the touch. It charges well, some devices charge faster than others but all charge at a pretty fast rate. Best for us is that it is out of sight and easily accessible especially compared to the outlet devices and adapters we had in various rooms around the house. If it quits working in a year I'm OK with it -- it will have served us well at a fair price -- and I will order another one.

This is a great and fairly sleek charging dock but I wish the cords that it came with were a little bit longer. because they are so short it is a little cumbersome to plug your devices in. Otherwise I love it. The rubber feet keep it in place. The blue LED light is a nice touch. I also like that the charging station itself doesn't have that big of a footprint or take up much space. It's got good weight to it too. I don't know if this is normal or not but for ours, the blue LED light in each respective port doesn't seem to stay on very long after you plug a device in. The blue light at the end near the power cord is always on though. I am uncertain if the LED light in the other ports is meant to go off a certain time after you plug devices in, or if this is a glitch in ours, or maybe our devices just didn't need to be charged that long before reaching 100%. I tool one start off because of the short length of the cords and the uncertainty about the blue LED light, but otherwise it does what it says and is functional and low profile/stylish.

Love this charging station. It comes with multiple cords for different plug ins. I’m Able to charge my iPad, phone, airpods and kindle simultaneously. I even travel with it as the phone charger collapses and I can pack it away. I do wish the holder plates would collapse as well.

I usually read reviews before purchasing an item. I am on limited income and I don't enjoy the inconvenience of returning or exchanges. I spend a couple of weeks looking for a charging station. I recently moved from a house to renting a room. I have store everything in my very small room and it has limited outlets.Many charging stations on the market have negative reviews and you have to be aware of safety and hazards. Even though this product has some negative reviews, concerns about smell, light not working, etc., after studying several products I decided to go with SooPii. I'm glad I did!Their customer service department is professional and returns your communication immediately! They email you to make sure you are satisfied with their product and you are speaking to a real representative.I didn't know that the blue light came on and that the other slots only lit blue when charging an item. After the item reaches 100% the blue light turns off showing you it is fully charged. This was explained to me when I inquired about it.My unit does not have a smell. I bought the white one. The separators go in and out easily so you can change the width and number of slots for charging. This unit is very portable and easy to set up.Technology is extensive these days and it's hard to trust reviews. Although, this charging station is perfect!

Like most people in 2020 we have multiple devices and we are always competing for a charging source for those said electronics. The kids have Kindle Fires, We have iPads, iPhones, iWatches, and AirPods. This charging station can charge almost all of those items while still remaining organized and sleek looking on our kitchen counter-top. Prior to this charging station, we had all different charges in all different places. We would then compete to charge our devices, it was a mess. Now that we have this device, everyone can charge their devices and also charge them fairly promptly.I purchased this device for my office since all of my devices kept dying at work but tried it at home first and it was a hit so I bought a second one for home! I highly recommend this charging station. It’s standard cheap charging station. Lasted 9 months. Design is fine, but first the lights will stop working. Then you’ll notice sometimes it charges at a station, sometimes it doesn’t.I thought it was the cord so I swapped it with one I already had and it worked. But eventually it stopped too. That’s when I realized it needed a sweet spot where I had to pull it out slightly. The sweet spot got smaller and smaller, and now doesn’t exist in 3 plugs.

I got this yesterday, and I am really happy with the quality of the charger and cables that were included. It also has a stand to hold a watch that needs to be charged. It was very simple to put the dividers into the base and the 4 base pads help the charging station from moving around. I am glad it has fast charging and also the 20W PD fast charging. This replacing my Paxcess Charging Station that I have had for 6 years(using this one in my office now).The price is great and this included usb A to USB C and other cables and the charger looks great and I like the clear divider lights up when it is charging for that corresponding usb port.
