**UPDATEAfter wearing this off and on for the past year. I wouldn't say it was heavy usage, the stitching tore on all of the back holders and they fell out during a walk. I would not buy it again, and am switching to try a different one. It was comfortable but am sad it didn't last very long for the price I paid.I've been very happy with this purchase. I wanted to add some extra workout to walking my dog in the morning. I was looking for something that didn't look like a bulletproof vest and also wasn't going to cross weirdly on my chest and accentuate my love handles a ton. I do have a lot of neck problems and this vest has not caused any issues, it's been very comfortable. I can see how it wouldn't work as well if you have a smaller build but it works great for broader shoulders. I probably wouldn't recommend it for running because it's not form fitted so it would bounce quite a bit. Weight wise I haven't even added in all the weights yet. But the quality seems pretty good. I would buy it again.

I wear it for my walking workouts. There are heavier alternatives out there, but this is plenty of challenge for extended workouts. The vest is very comfortable. The material used really helps with the weight being evenly distributed across the vest. Very well made and seems like it’s high-end materials. I am not worried about it ripping in the least. It is comfortable and fits like a proper weight vest should fit.

Great weight vest for the money. It feels well made, the weight is evenly distributed, and the shoulder pads make it comfortable enough. The front zipper and the fact that both sides are adjustable is essential since I'm a smaller guy, 5'6" 140lb. That being said, I can definitely relate to some of the reviews questioning how it would fit anyone smaller than me. The removable weight pouches are great, I'm starting with 10lbs and working my way up. I kinda regret not getting a heavier vest, only because I know I'll need it eventually, but this suits my needs for the immediate future. It stays put for the most part while I'm doing my calisthenics, however I can't comment on how well it would stay in place jogging or running. It should be fine for walking. The included phone/wallet holder is convenient and it can be attached to the vest or your arm. All in all I give it 4.5 stars. Would recommend

Really like this product.👍❤️ Just what I was looking for. And it fit me nicely. And it was not overly heavy for me once I got it on. Was a little bit heavier in the box because its weight was not distributed across my chest and back in the box. But once I put it on it was a much lighter weight when the weight was evenly distributed across my back and chest. Fits comfortably. Just be sure you adjust it to fit your size. You should buy a model with very thickly padded straps at the shoulders if you have issues with this product pulling or chafing you. Just put it on over your shirt and you should be fine. It did not pull on my back with me at all. And if 10 pounds is too heavy for you, you can lighten the weight by removing some of the weights. For me 10 pounds was not so bad at all. But if you have severe problems lifting things over 5 pounds, maybe try the vest with less weight before working your way up to 10 pounds. If you think you can handle more weight, the company that makes this vest also makes one that is 18 pounds. I got a 10 pound one. Try it at 18 pounds if you find the 10 pound vest a little too light weight for you.

I exercise 30 minutes or more every day. This weighted vest is a great addition to my exercise routine. I started out with 4 weights just to get used to the extra weight. I do lift hand weights and was up to 5 pounds but I like the vest much more. I still lift the hand weights along with the vest, but only for about 10 minutes of my exercise routine.This vest is very comfortable. I love that it is good for my posture also. I walk about 2 or sometimes 3 miles and try to get 10,000 steps in a day. Being new at wearing the weighted vest, I do not go the full 30 minutes with it yet. I am still getting used to it. After I am feeling more advanced using it,mi will keep adding more weights. You cannot go wrong with this vest. The quality is great. The zipper works very well and it is adjustable. It is easy to add to your exercise routine.

For the price this is a good vest for walking. It comes up short for more intense activities. I couldn't run or jump. I use the vest to walk with purpose (ratchet up speed and incline on a treadmill). I needed a long sleeve shirt to keep from getting chafe burns on my arms, no thanks. I'm not a small, a 145# 5'9" female. I have the vest cinched as tight as the straps will go around my waist and it just fits snuggly but not enough to hold it in place for more rigorous activity. And the straps loosen during the workout.So I modified it and it's working better. I added darts to the front chest to reduce the gap that was rubbing my arms. A few inches above the belt strap I added square d-rings. To the from sections I added straps that go through the rings and back across. Velcro on the front secured the straps creating auxh better fit. I can run and jump now. Short sleeve shirt still needed but that was expected.It's not a bad vest it just needs some work. It's like the engineers got lazy and stopped before they finished. And it's probably a little big for smaller women.I've been wearing it once a week since I figured out how to modify it. It's still good, not great. It lacks the snug fit to really run and jump. I do that, but carefully. It's more of a light job than a run. Even then the weights really bounces on my chest .And I tried to up the weight by using metal bars from my husband's vest. It fell wore a hole within the first 45 minutes and the bat fell out. My fault for using a different weight. But be advised if you get creative like me.

I love that the vest allows you to add weight. I am approx 160 lbs and wanted to start lower weight and work my way up. But the vest is loose, so it sways side to side, up down, when doing things like planks and pushups. As a 60 year old woman, I already have body parts that dangle and sway side to side or up and down, so I didn't want to add more swaying parts. I sent it back and got a low profile vest with 16 pounds in it and LOVE it

Fits perfectly. Easily adjustable in size and weight. Wear it while on the treadmill or your afternoon walks and you’ll feel the difference. Doesn’t hinder your work out but adds an extra setting to your current regime.
