Let me first say that I am not a bags and heels girl. I don't really care what my bag looks like as long as I have something functional and comfortable. That said, I saw this and I thought it was really nice looking so I figured I'd give it a try for those rare occasions when I need something just a little bit dressier than a backpack or hobo tote.When I first unwrapped the box, I was really impressed that it was such a high quality gift box to begin with. Not some cheap piece of cardboard. I open the box and there was a dust cover over the bag. I pulled out the bag and was really impressed with the weight of the purse. It really felt like a high quality leather bag even though I believe it's synthetic leather. Obviously the black color goes with everything, and it also had a detachable gold and pearl decorative chain you could hang on it. What's nice about this is that you can just keep it hung and then flip it inside the purse when you don't want it showing.The size is just perfect. It's big enough to hold several items including wallets, keys, cell phone, makeup, a brush etc. But it's not so big that it's cumbersome and heavy and not so small that you can't get much in there.I also like that you can carry it in three different ways. You can carry it by the short little handle, or you can carry it with the long hanging strap. If you double over the strap you can carry it on your shoulder a bit shorter like under the armpit. If the strap is extended to full length, then it's a regular shoulder bag or crossbody bag. The gold Infinity buckle actually can detach via a carabiner type closure. So you can take the braided strap-off all together. There are also plenty of pockets and zippers inside the purse giving you versatility on where you store your items so they don't get lost.I'm super impressed with this bag. I really love it and I know I'll get a lot of use out of it. It gives that elegant Chanel like vibe without the price tag. Highly recommend.

This woven style bag is all over social media and I’ve wanted one, but they are way too expensive. If you buy this, you will not be disappointed.I wore it over a coat and was immediately impressed with the look, feel, and interior of this bag. I’m petite at 5’3” and the bag hits comfortably at my hip. It also lays smooth against my body and doesn’t add any bulk.I went on a quick store run and a pint of ice cream and some banana bread easily fit in the bag along with my cell phone, card case, keys, and a hair clip.The magnetic closure keeps it shut well enough that I’m not worried about somebody sticking their hand in it. The bag easily opens, even while wearing because it stretches up the crossbody strap and then shuts when you let it down. The hardware is a tone between gold and brass it looks high-end and a retail friend of mine mistook it for high-end. The faux leather is soft at the touch and has no odor.There are two interior pockets, an open flap, and then a zip pocket all on a pouch threaded through the Crossbody strap. If you like, you can tuck letters behind the pouch to keep them smooth because the pouch extends all the way to the bottom without attaching there.Because of the compact size, high end look, and ease of access to the large storage compartment, this is my favorite bag. It’s a little back bag that goes with everything and can elevate any outfit.

I'm never sure what to expect with a vegan leather... I Was delighted to see this was soft and gorgeous when it arrived and I unpacked it. It feels strong but supple, the material is beautiful and the weave of it is carefully and beautifully executed. This is a really great imitation of a well known and popular style of designer bags, borrowing from the beauty of the shape and structure without looking like an attempt to fake authenticity. I like that the "pearl" decoration is removable, as it isn't to my own taste, but I'm sure some people love the extra decoration so we all get what we want. The size and configuration is perfect for an every day bag I can wear to work and look smart andprofessional but still carry everything I need (which can be too much sometimes, let's face it). I can throw my iPad in or my Kindle, both fit neatly inside, so I don't need to swap out bags on the days that I want either of those devices with me. I am really happy with this bag and feel it is already an excellent addition to my wardrobe.
