I wasn’t sure this would live up to my expectations, and I was particularly concerned about the weight distribution — but it feels surprisingly even. I can definitely feel that I’m wearing it on my walks, and even though I’ve only used it about five times this past week, I already notice a difference. I feel it in my neck and shoulders as well, which is expected when carrying extra weight on the upper body.It also seems to be helping with my posture, as it naturally pulls my shoulders back, which is a bonus. The only downside so far is that I’ve developed a rash around my neck and shoulders since I started wearing it, and I’m still trying to figure out what’s causing that. May not be related but has only appeared since I started to wear it.

I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect.

I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today.
