You don't need a full head of hair to appreciate how well Nizoral works. I keep my hair very short and shave my head regularly, and I still use Nizoral to help control the dry, flaky skin on my scalp.I've tried a lot of dandruff shampoos over the years, and nothing has worked as well as Nizoral. It does an excellent job controlling dandruff, flaking, dryness, and itching, and my scalp feels much healthier when I use it regularly. I've also recommended it to others, and they've had great results as well.If you have dandruff, do yourself a favor and give Nizoral a try. It made a big difference for me. It's all I use now—no more worrying about dandruff showing up on my black shirts. For me, it works better than anything else I've tried.

I've been battling seborrheic dermatitis for over 18 years now, and this is the most effective product I've used so far. The smell is pleasant as well.Previously, I was using Royal Oils conditioner by Head and Shoulders two or three times a week, and that definitely helped, but this stuff pretty much cleared up my scalp completely. So far, it seems to be keeping it clear with the same amount of usage as the old stuff. It even helps with the redness and irritation on other parts of my head and neck.It might be expensive for a bottle of shampoo, but this is essentially a medication, and with these results I'm very happy with the price. Plus, a little goes a long way, so figure out exactly how much you actually need to apply to get full coverage and the bottle will last longer. It also helps to use a cheaper shampoo first and this second. The instructions on the bottle say to 'repeat' the application process, but just using it once is working for me.

This cleared up my husband’s skin in his beard, on his scalp, and the rest of his body in two days.It effectively takes care of SO MANY skin ailments.The smell is not strong at all.The shampoo leaves hair feeling soft afterwards, no straw like feeling.

My kid’s dandruff got SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER after just 2 washes. We now use every other wash and haven’t had a struggle with dandruff since we started using it. He used to have a noticeably flaky scalp but now his hair is clean and it works so well. His hair feels soft like using normal shampoo after rinsing. HIGHLY recommend and won’t waste time with other brands anymore! Head & Shoulders could NEVER.

Considering there aren't many products that are as effective as this one, it is a great product. However, the scent is strong. I'd love an unscented version as several of the ingredients (including the fragrance) in this are unnecessary. It is very effective for seborrheic dermatitis, especially when pyrithione zinc, tea tree formulas, etc just don't cut it.It's best to only apply this only to the scalp and roots as it is very drying and can make hair feel like straw. Shampoo, rinse, repeat is helpful.

Needs continues usage or the dandruff resurfaces when stopped. Also use this "Ducray Kelual Squanorm Refreshing Lotion" along.
