Stealthcam used to be a well respected trail camera maker. This 360-cell plan only camera is a money grubbing scam. There is no way to get your photos off the device without subscribing to their cell plans. The low-tier plan will be useless after 2 or 3 days of false triggers using up your data allotment. There is no removable SD card so you can't manually get the photos off the device. I wasted $150 on the camera and another $48 paying for a year of cell data up-front. DO NOT BUY! Other than the 360 photos feature, this camera is useless. If you want a good cell-camera, try the Cuddelink system where you can connect over 16 cameras to a single cell plan, and each has it's own SD card so you can also get your photos even if your plan is used up or expired! Shame Stealthcam, Shame...No SD slot → you can’t just grab your own photos.No usable USB port → you can’t plug into a computer.Internal memory only → the only path out is the cellular plan + app.Subscription fees → if you don’t keep paying, the photos are essentially stuck.

Well made, but triggers on any leaf, weed,etc. Also has a fogging issue, 100 out 200 photos were not viewable.

Gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. Easy to set up and take great pictures

I have 2 of these and they work great. Easy to set up and use, even for technically challenged like me. Had to move one from an open field as the tall grass would set it it off no matter how low I set sensitivity. It was also more prone to dew blur in the very early morning in that very open area. Connectivity was much better than phones which had no signal at all. Picture quality is as expected. I mainly want to see the activity, not frame a photo.

First of all, the default settings out of the box have the camera taking 360 degree photos for every motion detected. This results in 6 photos uploaded every time. I signed up for the 600 photos per month plan and it burned through the plan in the first two days while I was getting things set up and before I realized what was going on. There are no guides to walk you through and warn you about this. It just fills up and then tells you that you have exceeded your plan. Makes it useless until next month unless you upgrade.I tried contacting support about this. It took two days to respond and they told me they were going to give me a promo code so I could use it while setting things up. They asked for account info that I had already provided in the initial email. I then got another response two days later asking some more questions that didn’t help and they still didn’t provide the promo code. Gave them the info they asked for and now three days later haven’t gotten a response.So after all this, I resolved to just use the live view to check on my property. It works half the time if that. Sometimes it doesn’t ever connect. The times it does, I can change the zone I am looking at one, maybe two times before I get errors saying the camera couldn’t change zones and try again. The only way to get through the errors is to disconnect and reconnect. Then you can possibly reconnect and see another zone or two before getting errors again.Advice to the product manager for this: Have a guide suggesting initial setup so customers don’t blow through their plan while setting things up. Provide the first week free with unlimited photos while customers get everything like they need without exceeding their plan, making the camera useless for a month. Finally, fix the connection and movement issues before releasing this. It’s not ready for prime time.

Product is great, like the fact that it can see 360 degrees, the quality of the images are really nice. Better then the competition, app is easy to use and the monthly fees are reasonable.
