I made a big mistake introducing this to my baby girl. It scared her the first time she used it and would never go back to it and try again. She would avoid it and not even look at it. I thought I was going to have to send it back but I really liked the fountain and really wanted her to use it. I love that it can be used without cords and holds a charge, letting it run for days without needing to be recharged. It is a rather large bowl, I wish they had smaller ones available as I only have one dog using it. I usually empty it out once a week but surprisingly she drinks a good amount of the large capacity of water it holds in that time. I love the the motor has different modes to fit my needs so it doesn't have to run continuously. It charges quickly with a type c connector so no batteries to buy, or you can keep it plugged in all the time and it will still operate.I put her old water bowl back down and discontinued using this one for about two weeks. When I re-introduced her to it, I left the water feature off for a couple of days so it wouldn't startle her again, just let her think it is a regular water bowl. Thankfully this time it didn't even phase her and now she drinks out of it all the time, the water stream doesn't bother her. I have noticed that when the stream is not as powerful as when I first got it, a good cleaning will fix the problem. It is recommended to clean the pump on a regular basis, but it is quick and easy to do. It does have lights that are suppose to alert you when the water is low but the pump usually stops pumping water before the light comes on to give me the alert, but that isn't a big deal because I wipe it all down once a week so that isn't that important. I also love that new filters can be purchased at a reasonable price. I haven't had to contact anyone but in the directions they say to contact customer service for any questions or concerns so I really believe they stand behind the product. I am so happy I purchased this and with it's durable build, I believe it will last for a long time making it a good value for my money.

I have 3 dogs and a cat and have been looking for a good fountain that they will all drink from. I have bought several over the last few years. However look no further, this is great.Size is perfect I only have to fill it roughly once a week. The faucet feature is easy to charge and pretty quiet. I love the sensor option. My fur babies do to. They remind me when it needs to be charged. Filter is easy to assemble. Product is made out of durable plastic. Also very easy to clean. There is sufficient surface space and water intake that at least two of them can drink at a time. It actually looks great. And I love the fact that it’s wireless!! You could literally take it anywhere.

I love this fountain! Both dogs and cats do as well. We have 4 dogs (3 big and one small) and all of them drink copious amounts of water. One of them is a husky mix and he lays in front of this fountain on a hot day. It's nice that it holds so much water! This is exactly what I was looking for in terms of a dog fountain. We use the sensor function just so the husky can bite the water that comes out lol. It takes about 4 days to a week for us to refill the water in it. We have 2 other smaller fountains so I imagine this one solo would be a solid 3 or 4 days for refill. It's pretty nice to use and simple. The charge on sensor mode lasts about a week and a half! Not that bad considering its in a high traffic spot! Its so much easier than refilling water bowls everyday! The charging port detaches from the base so you can take it off and charge it if needed. The filter inside it needs to be rinsed whenever you refill the water, at least ours ( all boy dogs and 2 are puppies). The filter does get pretty dirty. The motor and filter we rinse and clean too just so the motor doesn't get clogged. That's about it as far as care goes. It's so easy and convenient to have. Something that holds this much water is so great! We used to do water bowls every morning before we'd go to work, we'd refill and clean every single one. We'd have about 5 bowls and it's so time consuming😮‍💨 to refill and clean every single one. It's nice to have clean water for long periods of time. I usually attend to the fountains on our days off so it works very well for us. For the price of 35$, I did get this on sale, I was thinking why not give this a try we need something that actually will hold alot of water! When it goes on sale I'm definitely getting another one :) Then I can eliminate another water bowl lol:) The filter inside that catches debris should probably be replaced after 2 months, that's when I noticed ours start to go bad. Definitely a great fountain for the price!

The battery has died a second time. The seller was good to send a replacement first failure. The seller has completely ignored my messages on the second failure. This product is still under warranty. It’s now an expensive water bowl.

Bought this in February. Used it 9 months and the pump quit working. My dog and cat loved it! I’m just disappointed because you can’t buy just a replacement pump for this one

I bought this product so I wouldn't have to fill water dishes for my 4 dogs multiple times a day and the water would stay cleaner due to the fountain feature.It has a large enough capacity for a few days, filters well and is easy to clean when you refill it. Dogs cannot knock it over or push it and easy for 3 medium dogs to drink at once.Has a light for when it is low, different power options, good battery life and fast charge. The filter has a decent life span, 30 to 60 days I would say depending.So far, I haven't had any functional issues with it and it does everything I expected it to from the description.

What a fantastic product! I bought it because it has a rechargeable battery and it's been in use for several weeks now and has not needed recharging yet so battery life is excellent for the pump. I love the large water volume so needs less refilling with three dogs. The dogs took to it right away and there's no going back we love it❤️

Works great for our big dogs. All the pets seemed to love it.
