Very nice, works well, simple, takes up only a little counter space. Has all the choices I need and intuitive to use. A good buy.

Super fast, produces very hot coffee, absolutely love the ability to use either grounds or k cups. Like the fact that the lid comes completely off for easy filling and cleaning. It has the capability of brewing sizes, regular or bold as well as iced coffee, has a nice sleek design for space saving area. Really like the product and the results.

Quality machine. Coffee comes out good. Doesn’t taste burnt like some units. Adding water is easy. It gets used a few times a day and has no issues

Revision to the revision. I figured why the brew is do weak. There's only one stream.of water verses 3- 5 with the keurigs and the new Chefman Caffeinator I ordered today. Also the big wide basket with the HB make it even more weak and only has the one needle stream for brewing.I'll be returning this machine. The basket for grounds is a big hassle and flawed design. I wasted 4 half cups of coffee due to very weak coffee.Revision to follow after this:First of all I love this machine because the coffee is hot and remains hot until the cup is empty and I can swap up the flavors of coffee I can use which I'm using the ground coffee basket. BUT I have a problem with the coffee flavor being weak no matter the brew strength or size (ounces) I use. I've even added more grounds and packed the grounds down, still weak. I can tell you why this is. The water stream that pours into the basket is one strong stream and its pouring down the middle of the grounds and causing them to go to the sides and the rim of the basket and its messy so the full flavor strength is not in the cup. These types of makers need to have multiple streams like a regular drip coffee maker. Also it takes well over half of the water in the water reservoir to make three 10 ounce cups of coffee. This was an expensive luxury treat for myself and I really really really hate to return this. I'll keep trying to tweak the strength and I'll report back after a couple more tries

I ordered this to replace our Keurig which lasted maybe 2 years.Pros: you can make a strong brew, which "we like."A larger water canister.Various cup sizes.More compact with a narrow profile.K cup holder is removable which is nice when it's hot, and making another cup immediately.It will accomodate tall mugs.It has a separate mesh basket for fresh grounds.It's very easy to use, and quite attractive in a simple appearance.Cons: a little coffee splashes out of a regular size cup, because it has only one stream of water, as opposed to 3 which I believe the Keurig had, which probably prevents this from happening.I deducted 1 star due to this, because I can't give 4 1/2.We thought we would try a brand other than Keurig, which even after cleaning it several times, it still would not put out water.But...even with the bit of splashing, I would highly recommend it.I had thoughts of sending it back because of this, but Im tired of researching coffee makers.This brand has been around for years.Everything seems to be made to be disposable anymore, so you can replace them in a year or 2.I haven't tried the ice coffee yet, but I am looking forward to it, since it was one of the additional features that had me order it.I would recommend this coffee maker. It feels solid and durable.Overall, a good choice, and I researched MANY, without having to break the bank.We are coffee lovers, so the options and choice was important.Pretty happy with it!Hope this helps.

Simple and easy. Reservoir slips right in and out. Thin profile and footprint. I like the 2 baskets that are easily placed, one for pods, one for ground coffee. The ground coffee option works great and does not clog. Bold brew option only takes a bit longer.

I have been working a bit on setting up a small kitchen in my room - similar to a dorm room - and this coffee machine fits perfectly.It's profile is small enough that it fits just where I need it, and it still has a great capacity for its reservoir!It's price is perfect for what I was looking for, and it is a high quality product. I have had no issues so far. It functions perfectly - though I have yet to try the coffee grinds adapted (I use k-cups mostly).It is also extremely easy to use - I personally just press 1 button after putting my k-cup in and it does everything else on its own; making a great cup of coffee.

Good machine for the money. I use it with ground coffee, not cups. Brews a nice cup. Has 2 brew settings. Reg and bold. I had an older one of this brand and liked it. Can't go wrong.

Muy buen producto. El café queda muy bien. Me gusta que es muy silenciosa y entrega buen sabor de café. Ocupa espacio medio, pero vale la pena. Materiales de muy buena calidad. Uso un termo de 16 onzas y a 3/4 queda muy bien. La recomiendo.

I don’t understand some of the negative comments. The water is hot, the coffee is strong, you only have to take the grounds out and refill for another cup, it only takes one minute to brew.This is an amazing machine. before this I had the combination individual and a pot. It lasted for eight years. This time I opted for the individual. It is amazing. There is a reservoir in the back of the machine that holds about 8 cups of water so you can repeat one cup after another until the reservoir is empty. It only takes one minute to brew and the water and coffee are extremely hot, which is great. It also has the option for making 8,10 or 12 ounces of coffee. It also comes with a separate filter for making pods, which is a bonus. I have an espresso machine and I rarely use it because I don’t like the taste of the coffee in the pods. This gives me the option to use my own coffee. It also makes iced drinks which I haven’t tried yet. The size is perfect. It fits anywhere.
