This is my all-time favorite alarm clock, so I got one for everywhere I go. They are lightweight and durable, the batteries last a long time and are easy to replace, the display is large, the nightlight works for years, it is loud enough to get through my earplugs but not wake the neighbor, and you setting control that is usually good. My favorite feature is that you can set the alarm two ways (although you have to slide the setting control very precisely to get it in just the right spot): (1) with Zz, which is the 5 min snooze alarm and forces you to actually turn the clock off to make it stop, and (2) without Zz, which lets you just hit the Snooze bar to turn it off in the morning and you don't have to reset it--ever! Love it.

After many years of faithful service, traveling and then daily, my little Westclox Travel Alarm Clock got broken. It was like losing an old friend. I had no hope of replacing it after so much time had passed, but there it was on Amazon.com! Could it be the same reliable traveling buddy? Yes! Just a couple of batteries and we were in business.This clock is simple to use, easy to set, both time and alarm, easy on and off switch. It even has a snooze alarm bar. The numbers are large; there is a back-light if you want to see in the dark. Otherwise, no light to disturb sleep. The clock is light, easy to pack, takes up just a bit of space on a table. The beep will get you up on time; but it won't wake the house.I love this clock. Who knew it was still available? Thanks, Amazon!

After I already have a good review. Well the clock was working good, keeps good time but the alarm is not working now. It was supposed to wake me up at 6 am, but It didn’t go off.

The bright display is very nice, however, sometimes when you hit the "snooze" button, it cuts off the alarm. This has happened at least twice.

I need instructions for every single thing. And having detailed, step-by-step instructions don't guarantee that I won't throw the item down in frustration because I couldn't figure out how to set it up properly. For this alarm, I set it up within 15 seconds and no instructions needed. In addition to being easy to set up, it works great. The beeping alarm is not too loud but loud enough. The sound of the alarm is not irritating or annoying. The snooze button is easily accessible, without the need to open my eyes. The blue backlit is easy to turn on in the dark. Plus there's an automatic snooze reminder alarm. Highly recommend!

I travel constantly, so I need a dependable but very lightweight travel alarm. I was attracted to this puppy because it takes AAA batteries, not those irritatingly hard to change disc type batteries I've had in other clocks. I always carry along extra batteries with me, just in case, though I see other reviewers saying the batteries seem to last forever. I haven't had my clock long enough to tell.I like that the clock is easy to operate, with very simple buttons. The type describing the button functions is small and faint, and looks like it might easily wear off, but really, the operation is so simple, I don't actually need the labels. Installing the batteries is VERY basic, a plus for me. And the read-out is big. I also use this clock when I'm facilitating retreats and meetings and need an unobtrusive way to watch the time. I can read these numbers from several feet away.Unike many travel alarms, this clock doesn't fold in half or close. And the screen itself is soft to the touch, so that if you press on it, you leave a black mark. The mark fades instantly, but I'm concerned enough about damaging the screen that I'm packing it with my socks to keep the face protected.Of course, I don't really have ONE of these...I have three, because that's how they come packaged. Three is a bit much, but at this price, I don't mind having a spare...and a spare.

This is a tiny bedside clock suitable for one person. It is unbelievably easy to set! It’s got an alarm and is backlit by the snooze button. The time is not easily seen unless you press the snooze button so perfect at night if you don’t want the light to keep you awake! I bought it because it set easily( a great plus!) and I only need it at night so pressing the snooze button is not an issue. It’s battery operated so one person could set it near them with easy reach! It’s a nice looking clock. I give it a 4 because it’s so quirky!

I bought an identical clock to this about 30 years ago and was so gutted when it eventually stopped working - about 3 weeks ago. I was delighted to find that the same product was still available and hopefully look forward to using it for many years to come
