Purchased this for chronic neck tension. I have to say it’s better than expected. I have a rather small neck and I think if your neck was a little larger, it would maybe hit some spots a little better but by pulling differently on the straps and also tipping my head up or down it gets a lot of good spots on the neck. Also moved it down to lower back and that feels amazing as well. Seems to hold a charge for quite a while. Over the holidays every guest that came into the housetried it, and then whipped out their phones and ordered one on the spot. Also gave us a gift this year. I recommend.

This is a great neck massager. I have near constant muscle pain and tension in the back of my neck and shoulders, and have tried almost everything, from Tylenol to heating pads to cervical steroid injections and dry needling to find relief. Massage, in general, works well for me, but it's always very short term -- give it a few days and my neck is back to it's usual levels of misery.This Woomer neck massagers with heat has been a game changer. It's got some serious power behind it, so it manages to get some of the knots in my muscles to let go, and the heating feature feels great. It has multiple levels of both heat and massage, depending on your needs any given day.One thing to note -- this is NOT a light product. In order for it to have some weight behind the massage the product itself has to have some heft. The product information says 1.5#, but this is most definitely NOT a 1.5# product. That said, I especially love the fact that it can be worn as a backpack (though it took me a bit to figure out how -- I really should have just come on here and looked at the picture -- the written instructions in the manual weren't especially clear.Overall, this is a great product with a decent battery life, and most importantly, it helps make you feel better!

I work full time and I'm in grad school, and I spend more time than I should at my computer. At the end of the day, my neck often aches from too much time spent working at the computer and writing notes.This massager gives me great therapeutic relief. I don't even use it too long, maybe 5 or 8 minutes, but it really helps relax my stiff neck at night. The massager works like a very strong hand. If you like a gentle touch on your neck, this massager is not for you.Operation is easy with the small remote. It has a little cross-strap to keep it in place, or (as I prefer), two straps to hold. I simply thread my arms into the strap and let the weight of my resting arms hold the massager in place. That makes it easy to operate when I use it at the end of the day.I wish it was longer! I would love this to work on my upper/mid back as well as my neck. I will sit against the couch and drop it down to that region of my back and it provides a therapeutic benefit even if it isn't optimal, helping relieve the tension of a day spent typing away.It's goofy looking, bulky (though has a storage bag), but regardless I love having this and wish I would have gotten one years ago.

It comes nicely packaged and it looked like it was well made. I charged it and then went to use it. It turned on and started to massage and within two minutes stopped. I trouble shooter and then got my husband involved who is also very tech savvy and neither one of us could get it working. The lights come on, on the controller and it charges but the mechanical massaging part does not move. Very disappointing given it is not a cheap item.*****UPDATED*****The company was quick to respond and sent me another unit and that one worked perfectly. It really does feel like fingers massaging you. It also has a heating feature. The two issues I have is that the massaging is really repetitive and after a couple min is enough for me. It is also hard to hold onto it and relax. I do not feel like putting it on like a back pack holds it in the right place for me sturdy enough. I think the concept is good here but it still needs some fine tuning.

This product did not disappoint. I purchased it as a gift for my friend who often gets a sore neck. He loves it! His wife stole it and uses it on her lower back.

This is a great neck massager for pain relief. You can help control the pressure through pulling on the straps to help get a more deep massage. So far, this has worked great for me after longs days of work.

This neck massager is great. It is battery powered and portable. you can put it on and wear around the house (and not get tangled up by cords). I use it on the massager 2 mode because that is the strength I prefer. the battery lasts longer when using either the massager, or the heater but when you use both the battery drains quicker. In any case, the battery will always last long enough for the massage session even with the heat on.
