If I could, I'd give it 4.7 stars, with MINOR deductions:- somehow, the mouthfeel for me is not perfect, not like ceramic.- the on/off button works a little weird. When it seems off to me, I do a HOLD on it, and it turns off. Another HOLD and it turns on, then click to a heat setting. Not a big deal, and I can adjust, I bet.ON THE OTHER HAND, I'm giving it 5 stars, cuz:- keeps the coffee hot!- Bluetooth app actually works, and you can turn cup on/off and set desired temperature level. You can even adjust what desired 3 temperature levels are with the app.- Charger is simple enough -- just drop it on. (But, they warn you to dry it off first... good idea).- Seems to run for 3 hours with no issue.I've found that it has changed my routine. I would often plan around my coffee getting cold, and now I just know I can start the one cup coffee, turn on my cup, then go do something that I might get distracted and not come back for an hour, and coffee is ready and hot.
I've been using this heated mug for my coffee and tea, and I’m absolutely loving it! I tend to sip my drinks slowly, so they usually get cold before I finish, but not with this mug. It keeps my beverages warm for a long time, which is exactly what I needed. What I love most is that the cup has a built-in battery, so it stays warm even on the go. I don’t have to keep it constantly plugged in, which is super convenient. The color is adorable, the handle is comfortable, very sturdy and well-made, and it's very easy to use. The app is also a great bonus! I can monitor the temperature and control settings right from my phone. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves their drinks warm and enjoys a bit of tech with their daily routine
This cup has absolutely elevated my coffee! I used to get up at least once mid-cup to nuke it because I like hot coffee. This keeps my coffee hot no matter how long it takes me to drink it! I can even heat up my milk if i remember to put it in the cup ahead of time!A few minor issues I've noticed 2 months into ownership. I got the lavender color and it has gotten a little stained on the inside bottom. It will curdle my alternate dairy creamer if i leave just the creamer on high. its easy to turn off the cup by picking it up wrong. And weirdly, sometimes it seems to turn itself off when I put it on the charger. I think if i turn it on when its not on the charger, it turns off when i set it down, but if i turn it on while its on the charger, it doesnt do that.But 2 months on its doing great and i keep thinking of getting the travel much 20 oz one so i can have hot coffee at work too! (i bring my coffee in a thermal mug which keeps it tepid . . . . )

I've bought a dozen of these cups. Given them as gifts. Everyone loves 'em. Great product Not the cheapest but the best.
The cup will turn off now and again, which is annoying because the coffee will be cold. It didn’t keep my coffee warm for more than 1 hour if I didn’t have the cover on it. I leave it on the base overnight and it is still not fully charged. It's on 2 or 3 solid lights. I would return it if it wasn’t over 30 days. I'm sorry I bought this one, should have bought the more expensive one that has reviews of long heating and recharges. I am editing this review as I told the seller what happened above and they refunded my money. I just saw that this size has a high return rate. I really miss having my mug.
I love the mug. I bought this to replace my Ember mug when I had trouble charging it. This mug stays charged for hours. The buttons take a little getting used to. After three months I encountered a problem with the charging lights not illuminating properly, and the power button was unresponsive. I downloaded the app and could only control it from there, but the mug essentially still worked great. I contacted customer service, and they suggested the mug had water damage, although I never soaked it or placed in dishwasher. They sent me a brand new mug which arrived in two days, and this time I will take extra precautions to make sure the base is kept completely dry to avoid future issues. Great product and customer service.
Bought in the UK from a UK vendor but came with a US plug. Nothing about this in the description.

Auction Closing Times

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Major undisclosed damage that significantly affects functionality or value
- Item arrives nonfunctional or dead on arrival (unless listed as untested, for parts, or salvage)
- Missing critical components necessary for basic operation that were not disclosed in the listing
- Counterfeit items or items materially different from the listing description
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, scuffs, or signs of prior handling
- Damaged, worn, or missing retail packaging
- Compatibility issues with buyer equipment, software, or intended use
- Missing non-essential accessories, manuals, inserts, cables, or packaging materials unless specifically stated in the listing
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos and/or video documentation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Sales Tax
All orders are subject to the 6% Michigan sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must have a current tax-exempt certificate on file before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Failure to Pay or Remove Items
Korting reserves the right to charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for items not paid for and picked up within seven days of the auction closing. Such items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Korting. Korting may resell any abandoned or forfeited items.
