Used in our kitchen and it’s been working great 13-gallon size fits standard trash bags perfectly (normal, average size) Sturdy and good quality—doesn’t feel flimsy Automatic lid works well (requires batteries) The touchless feature works well—you can wave your hand to open it, or use the open and close buttons if you prefer. Both options respond quickly and smoothly. Does a good job at masking odors Easy to clean and low maintenance Modern design that looks nice in the kitchen Overall, this is a reliable, well-made trash can and a great value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, or general home use.

Excellent product, very functional for the kitchen. Additionally, it helps little ones dispose of food scraps without touching the lid, as it opens automatically when it senses hand movement nearby.

I’ve been using this for awhile now and it’s been working great. I have a Great Dane who’s allergic to poultry, and what caused me to get this was she opened our previous trash can (which had a lid but she learned to open it) and ate all the bones of a rotisserie chicken as well as some gloves. I went with this trash can because it has a power button to prevent it from opening at all which is what’s been great for me! During the day we keep it on so it’s a no touch lidded trash, but at night When we go to bed or if we have to leave, we turn it off and it can’t be open at all. This has worked wonderfully and no more trash diving from her. She has learned to open it when it’s turned on but because of how it’s built, she can’t even reach in unless she knocked it over (which she has never done) so I recommend this for dumpster divers!

When I got this trash can, I loved it! It worked well. Wave your hand over it and it opened. 3 seconds later, it closed automatically. At about the 4 month mark I had to change the batteries. I worked fine for a while. Then about 1 month later it started not responding as well to the open/close features. I replaced with brand new batteries a few times since and the touchless features are failing. It will open only half way with a wave of hand. It will not close on it's own at all. It just stays open until you physically close it now. Is it still a good product? Yes! But, dont hold your breathe on the touchless features for long. I like the size of it. It is sturdy and has a good weight to it. It looks decent, for a trash can. Would I buy it again, maybe not! The normal sixed 13 gallon bags don't fit it very well. They work, but are a bit small for this bin. I buy 18 gallon ones for it online. The noise level is good. You can hear a slight motor movement sound when it opens and closes, so it's not silent but not bad.

Love it. Lid opens and closes easily, love the motion sensor. Same size as my old one so I didn’t have to buy new trash bags. It’s sleek and the size holds a lot. It doesn’t make any noise and it doesn’t weigh a lot.

It's a good trashcan! The automatic lid opens when you pass your hand across the sensor and closes by itself. Meaning you dont have to manually open the lid or close it. When you have a handful of garbage using it hands free you dont get it on the can nor the floor when you drop it because you're fussing with the lid. I highly recommend it!!!!

This trash can is everything as described and more! The true red color is beautiful and enhances my kitchen accents! It flips its lid as if a salute and closes automatically; or if need be, with a touch of a button, it opens & closes manually as well! The shape and size are perfect as it fits in most anywhere; especially in my tiny kitchen where it is the center of attention! The price was an unbeatable bargain and it’s the easiest to empty & load without fuss or muss! I use scented 13 gal garbage bags that easily fit without any excess plastic overlap! I recommend this automatic trash can for anyone who wants to decorate their kitchen with function and style!

For the price, you really can’t complain however I do have some complaints. My biggest complaint is I have to wave my hand over the trashcan a lot to trigger it to open not every time but enough for it to be annoying on the other hand. It was super cheap a lot cheaper than any other trashcan. I’ve seen like this so you get what you pay for I’ve had it now for a little over a month and I can say that it consistently requires me to waive my hand a lot to open it sometimes it does open a little easier than others. Sometimes I have to wave my hand a lot. One thing I can say is it does not open when I walk by maybe because I haven’t tucked away so it’s not directly in my path, but it very rarely opens when I walk by. I have to like have something in my hand that would go over the sensor. My other grip is it doesn’t feel like a true 13 gallon. I would say 11 gallons and I know that because when the item arrived, I had my old 13 gallon trashcan next to it and there was definitely about a 2 to 3 gallon difference. I honestly consider sending it back just based off of that but again I had to remember the price that I paid and I have been looking for an automatic trashcan like this for quite some time and they’ve always been $80-$100 so I was really excited to get this. The other thing that I loved was most trash cans are stainless steel, which are great until you get fingerprints all over them or they start to tarnish so I really want something more of a heavy duty plastic like this, and this just hits all the bells and whistles of what I was looking for minus the fact that you have to beg for it to open. It doesn’t bother me on a daily basis because typically what I’m doing when open the trashcan is not anything that’s gonna cause an issue if it doesn’t open immediately however it is a little bit inconvenient as far as just functionality wise. I would hands-down recommend and I would repurchase again just based off the price. Now, if this price goes up even $15 my review would completely change. I’m serious lol. Another thing that I love about the trashcan is that it doesn’t have another trashcan inside. I know a lot of manufacturers think that’s so amazing to have two trash cans in one, but it’s really super inconvenient for me and I’ve noticed that it just create something extra for you to clean. I really love that. It’s just straight to the point. You just put the trash bin on top of the bag and you’re good to go. I have experienced an order and it did very well with containing that odor in my trashcan. I was very surprised because I did not think it would do that. I had fish in there for two days that smelled really bad and I had no idea it was coming from the trashcan and every time I opened it, I kind of got it with but again it takes so long to open the trashcan that by the time it close back that’s when I got the width and it was kind of like a delayed situation for me to understand that that’s what it was causing the issue. It was causing the smell so it does keep odors contained unlike some of my other manual ones in the past. Overall this is a good product despite my complaints about the delay with opening. I think with a product like this there’s really no middle ground because if it’s too sensitive, it’s gonna open all the time and if it’s not sensitive enough, it’s gonna require a little bit more manually intervention to get it to open automatically so I think this is actually the best option. Another thing to know is if the trashcan is full or kind of full it seems like the lid doesn’t wanna close automatically so be mindful of that because again remember this isn’t a true 13 gallon so you’re gonna have to empty the trash more than usual and because it’s a little oddly shaped, I’m not able to put as much trash as I was in my previous trashcan so like I get a lot of packages and I have a lot of packaging and that kind of stuff is just way too bulky and the trashcan is full almost instantly by the time I’m done with like packaging and things like that so that kind of stuff I kind of put to the side and don’t even use the trashcan for it anymore at this point. So all in all good product for this price point. I think I paid $40 ish

It has a nice colour and works well. The size is great for a recycling bin.
