If you are looking for a toilet seat for your toddler this one is perfect! We tried a few others and this is the best because1. Magnetic pull to get the seat down so littles with developing motor skills can easily set up on their own. Others we tried had a lift then pull; way too cumbersome when you are trying to hold your pee in.2. Soft closure.3. Always returns to the adult seat. Great for having guests over. They don’t have to mess with a toddler toilet seat in the way (just the stool).4. Splash guard above and below. This is wonderful for boys!! Without a splash guard below if they sit some pee inevitably leaks out the toilet making a mess.5. Rounded edges make cleaning easier.

I’m very satisfied with this seat. It’s so easy to open and the magnets keep the training seat up well so no accidental mishaps.My toddler likes the smaller seat. It really fits him well and he feels secure. He’s 1.5 years old so I was worried it’d be a little big but it’s definitely not. The splash guard is very helpful and catches all stray splashes. It is designed really well for little bums.The seat feels really secure and well made. I’m very happy I upgraded. It was very easy to install too.

Thought could help the parents out there looking into this...I recommend it!My toddler has been wanting to go on the big potty now thanks to the kids seat. She's 2.5 and feels secure when sitting on it. The splash guard is nice because even little girls can squirt pee forward sometimes if they aren't angeled right or trying to watch themselves (learning how their body works, lol). The magnet works great so it holds the kids seat out of way when adults are using it, but it too strong that toddler can't pull it down. I also really like the slow/quiet close. We love in a condo so have neighbors below and this gives me more peace that she's not slamming the lid down & affecting the neighbors below.It fits on the elongated toilet well and is adjustable back & forth when setting it up. Set up was easy & directions were straight forward and adequate. I had been a little concerned before I purchased because the extra height is the lid to accommodate the splash guard on the kids seat but it looks great and it's sturdy.Overall it's great and I may be ordering a 2nd for the other bathroom. Recommend.

The seat is sturdy and easy to install(took me a few minutes). Worth the price and saves time not having to constantly remove a seat. It’s great for potty training. Kids like it and no issues so far.

I wish I would have found this when we first started potty training our son! I was looking for a replacement for the one we had and decided to give this a chance and I'm glad I did. It was relatively easy to install. At first, I installed it without the grips and it was super easy, but once I realized I missed a step, it was a little more difficult. 1) the grips aren't pre-installed into the base and getting them in there and to stay was rather difficult especially when you're trying to adjust the seat, and 2) it was difficult to adjust the toilet seat because the grips work so well. I like the grips, but they made it difficult to do a lot. The fit was perfect for our seat and appears to be of good quality and sturdiness. The lid has some resistance when opening and closing, which I appreciate as a sort of safety feature so my 1 year old can't open and close it easily. Again, this is the perfect seat for potty training considering once you're done and your child needs the adult seat, you can remove the potty training seat and either save it or throw it away!

Perfect and easy to install.

We have 2 of these now, for each bathroom. They were so easy to install. One is round, one is elongated. My toddler loves using the “big potty” with these little seats. She can put hers down no problem, but the magnets are sturdy enough too to keep it up when not needed. Easy to clean. The splash guard is so great, that’s what really sets these apart from the others. They are more expensive, but they’re worth every dollar spent, especially if it makes potty training a bit easier. I think they will last us many years.

Comfortable for adults (other than if you lean back, as you'd be leaning on the kids seat). Nice that the kid seat goes up with the lid so you aren't constantly lifting lid and then the little seat. Our 18 month old figured out how to lift the lid and put her seat down in less than a day. She can do it without any struggle, so the magnet is the perfect strength. Also sturdy enough for her to climb up on and sit down herself (just put a little step-stool on a 45* angle to the toilet. We used electrical putty to secure the stool to the floor so it wouldn't slip).
