The 1st one ordered stopped working in a day. There was no mist coming out at all. The replacement lasted for a week. Same problem. No mist coming out. Horrible purchase will advice to avoid.
I like this humidifier because it is more upright and holds a lot of water. I only have to fill it up every other day. I try to keep the inside of our home around 40 to 45% humidity and this does a pretty good job right along with my other 2. As far as noise level, it's quiet. Can't hear it. :) As far as durability, I can't say. I've only had it for a couple of weeks.
This was an awful purchase. The machine hardly made steam, even on the highest setting. It would shut off for no apparent reason at all. No matter how long you set the timer, nor how high you set the desired humidity would change that fact. The instructions were vague and not helpful at all. It was very quiet, but only because it was doing little to nothing.I know this is not the biggest issue, but to add insult to injury, the remote had no battery included (it was supposed to). It had the plastic liner to keep the battery from making contact during shipping, but no battery. And the battery compartment was nearly impossible to open. I mention this because there was literally nothing good about the humidifier on any level, even the smallest details were unsatisfactory.
I bought 2 of them. One for the bedroom and one for the living room. One works fine, but the other one only worked for a week. It turns on but no mist comes out and is a waste of everything. I've tried cleaning it, and using different water. The seller says to contact them if anything happens, but they are hard to contact and unresponsive. Please don't buy, and if you do, buy 4 at a time. Only some of them work.
I was getting bloody noses from the air being so dry. From the time I plugged this unit in, I haven’t had a bloody nose. Great product!
Not good enough for a large room even though it says it. Had to return, worked good though.
Got it brand new, filled it with water and it never worked. The screen just flashes when it's plugged in, it's useless. Also, even if it did work, the remote it came with didn't have the little circle battery it needed so I wouldn't have been able to use that without buying a separate battery. Now I have to deal with returning the thing - don't waste your money
The humidifier came as packaged but did not work. Air came out, but no mist.

Auction Closing Times
Posted closing times are in Eastern Time and may be extended through dynamic bidding. Dynamic bidding extends the auction close time until there are five minutes without bidding activity. Korting reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at its discretion.
Payment
Payments will be processed through Stripe.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Major undisclosed damage that significantly affects functionality or value
- Item arrives nonfunctional or dead on arrival (unless listed as untested, for parts, or salvage)
- Missing critical components necessary for basic operation that were not disclosed in the listing
- Counterfeit items or items materially different from the listing description
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, scuffs, or signs of prior handling
- Damaged, worn, or missing retail packaging
- Compatibility issues with buyer equipment, software, or intended use
- Missing non-essential accessories, manuals, inserts, cables, or packaging materials unless specifically stated in the listing
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos and/or video documentation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to the 6% Michigan sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must have a current tax-exempt certificate on file before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Failure to Pay or Remove Items
Korting reserves the right to charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for items not paid for and picked up within seven days of the auction closing. Such items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Korting. Korting may resell any abandoned or forfeited items.
