Really nice box with lock. Easy to assemble, took only 20 mins, and is sturday as can be. The lock works great, and changing the code easy, if necessary. We have a child at home that cannot stay out of things and so we have to put some things under lock for his protection and our sanity. Happy so far with the box, and it looks like it will last a good while. Good deal.

When I purchased this storage box I wasn’t expecting much because it’s plastic. I am pleasantly surprised to find that while it is plastic it is very sturdy and well made. I intend to use it to store important documents and a few valuables that I would need to take with me in the event of a fire… or a zombie apocalypse. While it is not water or fire proof that was not a selling point for me. It can easily be transported if needed, but would take a significant amount of time to break into it, unless of course it’s transported and broken into elsewhere. That said, it appears as just another storage bin so I can’t see it being targeted in a burglary. While assembling I put one of the walls in incorrectly, it took me about 15 minutes to correct this as it was very difficult to connect & disconnect the walls. I’m sure there’s other bins out there that are more focused on being similar to a safe, but this works great for what I need it for. The only way I can see enhancing this item in any way is by adding a retractable pull handle and wheels. I’m very happy with this purchase, as is my wife, she requested I purchase another one. I have attached photos using a gallon of milk as a reference.S/N: the one I received is slightly dented where the lid attaches on one side, but Amazon is sending out a replacement. It appears the dent was probably something that happened in transit or while being stored, not a big deal at all! Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase as well as with Amazon’s fast response to remedy the issue of it being dented.Update 2/18/23I am updating this review for a couple of different reasons. The first is because I received the replacement that was sent out because the previous one was dented and has been replaced. Also, because I purchased an additional one, but a different model that is minutely smaller. I have posted a pic of them side by side. In that pic you can just barely see the difference in size. Since both are basically the exact same except the darker blue one is slightly smaller height and length wise. First off the replacement and the newly purchased one also have dents. They are all in the exact same spot on the bins. My guess is this is some sort of design flaw or manufacturing issue of some kind. The dents do not affect the quality in any way and are barely noticeable on either bin. The second reason for this update is the assembly. While assembling the first one I thought it took so long because I had to remove one of the walls and re-install it, but after putting together the other two I realize my mistake was not why it took me so long. While assembly is painless and simple, screwing the screws in is not. Not only is it painful, it’s tedious because of how tiny the included screwdriver is and because you must apply a significant amount of pressure to get the screws in and flush. I recommend wearing work gloves, but gloves will only slightly reduce that pain.Overall this is a great product and I anticipate getting several years of use out of these since they are well made. Again, if someone really wanted to and had the time and access, it could probably be broken into. But, as I said in my original review I don’t see it being taken in a burglary or even noticed because it appears to be just a storage bin. I decided to store mine with other storage bins in the home to help to somewhat “camouflage” it. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact my hands are still red and sore from assembling the three of them. Even still I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase these again if ever I need additional bins.

It was a little difficult to put together, but overall assembly was decent. Definitely recommend this for anyone who has kids.

Easy to put together, you have to reset the code on the box. My husband resets the code and opens it to make sure it’s all good, and it was. A few days later we go to open it to lock stuff up and can’t. The middle lock wouldn’t unlatch but the two far locks would.However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to break into to get open so your stuff would be 100% safe.Ours malfunctioned.We mad. We big mad.

Good storage option if you need a lock to keep guest or kids out. It was easy to assemble and easy to use.

As others have said, the lock isn't great but does it's job. After assembly, the pins that latch into the lock were bent too far forward, causing the lock to jam when I closed it. After an hour of frustration, I was able to pry open the chest open again and bend those pins back a little so that they were centered to their respective latch holes. After this the lock worked as expected. I've seen numerous reviews with this issue, saying it's broken, but it will open back up again with enough pulling and jiggling while someone else holds the bottom. I would recommend making sure those pins are centered prior to closing the lid for the first time after assembly, to avoid frustration. There is a somewhat involved assembly process, requiring exceptional finger strength to thread 12 screws into the interior plastic in a tight area. A mini screwdriver is included, but I'd recommend using your own standard + screwdriver with a bigger handle at a slight angle. The screws tightened down into the plastic better than I expected without issues, but I would expect metal threaded inserts for the price. Despite the annoying lock and requiring assembly, the price is too high. At this price, at least fix the aforementioned issues. The plastic is solid hard with no warp. That is the best thing about this item.

I needed some storage with a lock for personal items and valuables, which is what brought me to this product. Initially, I was drawn to the color, which looks exactly the same in person. And then the size dimensions were perfect for my closet. Assembly of the product was easy and it works great. I'm a happy camper :)

I have a child with an eating disorder. This is a relatively simple solution for keeping treats locked away.However, this is too expensive for what it is - On the last "Prime Day", for $25 more, I bought an entire 6' steel locking cabinet. Putting the cabinet together was certainly more complicated, but you get 10x the space.The combination lock is very picky about number placement. The numbers all have to be facing slightly downward to dis-engage the lock. It usually takes me 2 or 3 tries to get it open.

Da passt, jenachdem, was man damit vor hat, wirklich viel rein.Das Teil kommt in Einzelteilen an, was sinnvoll ist, da es sonst als Paket viel zu sperrig wäre.Alle Teile waren unbeschädigt und die Aufbauanleitung simpel und verständlich.Man muss aber beim eindrehen der Schrauben acht geben, weil der Kunststoff sonst bricht. Da wäre ein Metalleinlass sicherlich sinnvoll.Die Stabilität ist grundsätzlich zufriedenstellend.An den Seiten sind einbuchtungen zum Greifen und leichterem Transport.Was ich bemängele, ist das Schloss/der Mechanismus. Nach einer zeit geht dieser etwas schwergängiger, was unvorteilhaft werden könnte. Ggf weiß man das dort selbst, denn es gibt die Möglichkeit, ein Einhängeschloss zu befestigen.Man darf bei dem Teil aber nicht erwarten, dass es aufbruchsicher ist :DFür meine Zwecke reicht es komplett und erfüllt seinen Zweck.
