This pan looks nice but more importantly works well. I tried the 8" pan and like it enough to now buy the other sizes. The raised stainless shape helps prevent the cooking utensils from coming into contact with the ceramic coating, that works nicely as a nonstick coating. Importantly I have not experienced any hot spots with this pan so it has good heat dispersion. The handle has a comfortable shape and the curved pan edge all work well, best pan I've used.

The media could not be loaded. It’s not nonstick. One of the reviewers said if you season it properly it’s good, but I don’t see any directions for seasoning. These are hashbrowns in the video. Butter and I threw olive oil in it, trying to keep it from sticking. They still stuck. Pancakes, stick and burn. I usually cook on medium, so I turned it down. So the last time I cooked on medium the food stuck and I turn off the burner and I sat down and I hear this pop and I look in this pan. I think it was cooling down and it hit a certain point and it popped. Because there is aluminum on the inside of it. I never saw a pan do that before. And it cost me a lot of money, but I used it so I can’t return it. No, I don’t like it at all. guessing maybe to make things that are cooked in liquid liquids will be OK. So I have to find another pan. Spend more money. It burns everything. I hate this pan. That didn’t work either with liquids. And when I wash it, it doesn’t come clean like a nonstick pan. It looks like another popular expensive brand. That and the name makes you want to buy it because you think it’s good. Even with oils everything sticks. I will never ever buy this brand in anything again. I bought a different skillet. Way different than this. Why do people show a picture of a brand new skillet They haven’t even used so they don’t know how it’s going to behave and give it five stars? I was just looking through the other reviews today and saw that. And I’ll look for that in the future before I buy anything. I got ripped. Do not buy this pan.

Love this pan, great for frying eggs and just about anything else. We did first try to fry two eggs and I had no problem using stick butter but on another occasion my wife used vegetable oil and the scrambled eggs stuck to the pan.

These pans (I got the 10" and 12" with lids) are everything they say they are. Non-stick but you can use metal utensils if you need to. Eggs don't stick. They heat pretty evenly on my induction stove too. The only drawback is the edge of the pan(s). It curves out to make pouring easier, but the edge is quite sharp. When washing or drying, it's possible to actually cut yourself on this edge. Not something I've ever encountered on a frying pan (or any pan) before. Now that my family knows to watch out for it, no one has gotten hurt, but it's a really strange and poorly designed feature in my family's eyes.

I decided after 46 years of marriage it was time for new pans. These are awesome! Cooks things evenly, don’t rock or shimmy on a glass top stove and clean up like magic.

Great first try! So far so good. It is not none stick without grease but with a little oil my egg slides all over the place. I really just got it for eggs and it’s exactly what I was looking for

I was so excited to receive this new pan because I usually wait too long to discard my old worn out pans. But even though it looks nice, it's a pretty pan, everything sticks to it. I "seasoned" the pan per the directions and the first time I tried it, everything stuck to the pan. No easy release at all! I thought nonstick meant nonstick. I paid a fair amount of money for this one pan when I could have bought one for a 1/4 of the price and bet it would be nonstick better than this thing! Even coating the pan with a ton of butter, the eggs, fish, vegetables, potatoes, they all were stuck to the bottom of the pan! So disappointed in the function of this pan as I am a Cuisinart pan fan.

Just got it yesterday and was anxious to try it this morning for my breakfast scrambled eggs. It does everything it's supposed to do. Totally non stick (I did use a spritz of avocado oil but very little), I used a fork to scramble the eggs (no concern whatsoever about scratching it) and cleaned very easy. I got a great cyber monday deal and comparing it to the much more expensive hexclad products this one performs just as well (only oven safe to 500degrees....hexclad oven safe to 900 degrees ((who ever heats an oven anywhere near that high)). It has nice heft but not heavy and the handle stayed nice and cool. So happy I decided to give this one a try
