The best hardwood floor cleaner ever. I don’t know how I lived without this awesome cleaner. Light weight, easy to use, reusable washable pads, steam heat cleans the floors and drys quickly. The cord length allows me to clean a large room. The water tank is small but it last long enough to clean 2 rooms. The heated steam allows for quick drying. The steamer brush speed is perfect for tuff stains. Love different settings lights up.

Our old steam mop finally bit the dust and instead of buying the same big brand model we took a chance on this one and im really impressed.This mop has so many more attachments and can be used without the stalk which helps in a lot of areas.We have ceramic tile floors and a steam mop is a must, I really like how easy this is to use, fill it up, hit a button, and go. It heats up quickly and works amazingly. Decent water capacity, which could be a bit bigger but it does a decent size area at a time depending on the steam setting of course.We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and host regularly so our floors tend to get dirty quick.We recently bought new steam tools and have started hitting the floors hard. This thing picks up stubborn marks and messes that our normal spin mop doesnt even touch.The brush attachment is a blessing, helps clean the grout so quick and easily!Overall we're really impressed by this and have been using it non stop for the few weeks we've had it now.

The mop part of this device is good, you do need to change the mop pads multiple times but it does a good job. The attachments are sub-par. The 1st time I used the small scrubber head it fell apart on the tile wall as the steam started to come out and after cleaning (with very minimal pressure, as i was afraid more bristles would be lost) the head is near useless. I wish the handle was removable for cleaning in small spaces.

I love this machine it cleans very nice. The water tank cracked on me afterwards a month or so, only 3 uses. I’ve left a voicemail to see if I can get a replacement form manufacturer to day. I just bought this June 4. Went to turn it in and wouldn’t steam, everything is working on it, except that the inside of the tank has a weighted ball and stopper or line that feeds the water through and it was all broken. Everything in it and the cap was cracked. I don’t know why. Still it’s a GREAT machine. I ordered some other replacement pads that go on it and my floors have been beautiful the couple of times that I’ve used it. I’ve also steamed my mattress floors and carpet all kinds of things and they make everything look brand new. It has all kinds of wonderful attachments. Three different steam settings, and the pads rotate without leaving swirls or anything on my floors likely other a have. I hope the replacement water tank fixes whatever is wrong with it. It has a very short return window but so far I am liking the level of clean it brings. It’s pretty lightweight and you can move it around really easy.

love my new VM6 steam mop! It saves so much time and really cleans my floor and worked well. In the shower to break down soap scum. . Very easy to use. Heats up very quickly.
