I absolutely love this towel warmer, I already own another one and this has quickly become my favorite. It heats up very fast and gets my towel perfectly warm and cozy every time, which makes such a difference, especially on colder mornings or after a shower at night. The design looks really nice and modern, so it doesn’t feel bulky or out of place in my bathroom. The size is perfect and I love that I can fit a larger muslin blanket inside, not just a regular towel. It is also very easy to wipe clean and keep looking nice, which is important to me since it sits out in the bathroom. It is incredibly simple to use and heats consistently without any hassle. Overall, this feels like a great value and something I use daily, I definitely recommend it.

I love this warmer! I turn it on about 5 minutes before I get in the shower. I put my robe on the bottom and my bath towel on top. I find they warm better by putting them in loosely and not rolled up. They are both nice and warm and not too hot. Been using for 3 months now.

Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She is loving it so far! She said it warms the towels up very nicely and that they fit in their well. They love the look of it in the comfort of having a warm towel when it comes out, it was great value for the money and easy to use.

I’m pleased with my towel warmer, my friend received one for Christmas and recommended I get one. I wish it warmed the towel a little more than it does. Also, it only came with one scent disc. Is there a way to order additional?

Edit 3/17/2023**The customer service team finally responded to my requests on 1/19/2023 and I was sent a replacement unit! Unfortunately the box was in pretty bad shape when it arrived so it was no surprise the unit did not work. I had a baby at the end of DEC and dealing with their CS was not worth my little but of time.On 3/14/2023 I was contacted by a sales manager who was very attentive to achieving my satisfaction and followed up with me and has a new one on the way! I have not received the warmer yet but if it works and can withstand daily use for a while, I’d say it was money well spent. The warmer was a favorite in my home and being without it has made me realize how much I enjoyed it.I purchased this product 1/27/2022 and it stopped working 12/23/2022. This towel warmer was great when it worked, although at times was a bit inconsistent. There would be times that I would place a towel in there for about 20 minutes while showering and it would come out nice and toasty, and other times it came out feeling a bit damp and barely warm at all. It wasn't something that would happen frequently enough to really be a problem for me, nor would it affect my overall rating. The fact that it stopped working only slightly contributes to the 2 stars i'm giving this product, because I know that with daily use some products just do not last and I would say this was used at least twice a day in my home, so I feel I got great use of the product. The main issue that lead me to give only two stars is that I reached out to Keenray's customer service on 12/23 via email to submit a claim on my one year warranty (which will be coming up very shortly) and I have yet to get a response. I have now emailed twice as well as sent a message via their direct website and have had no response. I was trying to be patient due to the holidays, but I am concerned that I will not be able to submit a formal claim and receive a replacement before the one year mark as this company is unresponsive. I do hope that I can get in touch with someone and get the matter resolved, as this would drastically change my views/rating of the product. Prior to the warmer dying on me, I had already decided that when it finally died I would gladly purchase another because this has become a staple in my home, but due to Keenray being unresponsive and/or not honoring their one year warranty I would certainly take my business elsewhere.

I got my mom one of these about 2 years ago and then she got me the exact same one this year for Christmas. I like that it also came with a sample scent called "sea elegance" that can make your towels smell amazing. The warmer has a 1 hour timer I believe so it automatically cuts off. I like to come home from work and immediately put my towel in the warmer, by the time I shower and get out it's so warm and perfect in the winter ! This towel warmer just adds that little extra touch of luxury that makes your bathroom feel like a hotel 🩷

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband, and it was probably the best present ever. That might make us old for loving this so much but it's truly that great. It's on the cheaper end of towel warmers but it is great quality, at this point we have had it and used it once or twice a day for about 2 months. It fits 2 med-Lg towels perfectly as well as some small/non bulky PJs. If you had 1 towel you could probably fit more/bulkier/bigger PJs in there as well. I think we defiantly get our money's worth out of this. It is super easy to use; literally just make sure it is plugged in and hit the button. Make sure the lid is all the way on as well. I would say give it about 30-45 mins to heat up, we have never had it get too hot and we have left towels sitting for a hot minute. We have not had any issues out of it so far.

Want to have a spa experience every time you get out of the shower, buy this. Great for warming up towels, blankets and undergarments. Also a great anytime gift.

Cuando recibí por primera vez el tambor de la toalla caliente, la caja de embalaje exterior era muy grande, pero el interior estaba completamente protegido y no hubo daños durante el transporte. Después de abrirlo, descubrí que el cubo de toallas era realmente grande y no había ningún problema para poner muchas toallas. Y lo probé, la velocidad de calentamiento es muy rápida y es muy cálida, muy adecuada para uso en invierno. Ya sean toallas calientes o pijamas u otros artículos pequeños.
