This is our 3rd bidet. (Gotten for our spare bathroom-we have a different brand in our master, & a cold water bidet in our camper trailer with no remote-no electric needed on THAT one, but oooh it's cold 🥶 in the late fall/early spring!😳)My husband installed this within 10 mins, no leaks, not having to buy any extra parts. He loved the night light! The seat beeps when you sit on it, but was easy to turn it off by holding down button on the control on the seat. (little beep didn't bother me, but he said it was anoying🥴) And what about that? I like that if the remote gets misplaced by a child (or husband? 🤣) you can still use the basic functions from the small panel ON the seat. It has all the features like our more expensive bidet, but we only paid about $220 for this one. We rarely use the dryer but cool (warm😁) to have. Warm seat, warm water, options for nozzle position, dryer/water heat, even has a button for a child option. (which we didn't try.) If the worst thing I can say is I wish it came with batteries for the remote, I think it's a great product and for the money, you really should give it a try! I would never go back to doing without one!*2 Additional notes: for those contemplating purchasing one with NO plug in for just cold water use, (if you have no access to an outlet near your commode) it's STILL better than not having a bidet! We have a very cheap, cold water/no remote bidet in the trailer and in the colder months when the water is VERY COLD🥶, AFTER the first cold water hits, it's not bad🤷‍♀️, but if you are getting a bidet and have access to an outlet, I would get the warm water one. Realize we sometimes camp in below freezing temps at night, so the cold water in your house shouldn't get THAT cold. 🤔Also, remote vs no hand held remote:(attached to seat) is tricky. If you can store it on the wall and anyone using it keeps it in the holder when not using it, I would recommend the hand held since it is MUCH easier to use it if you have lots of options. But if you are worried the remote will be misplaced, you may want to consider the ones built into the seat. Our TRAILER bidet has only TWO options, pressure of the water and position. So it is easy to USE/CHANGE those 2 while sitting and not being able to SEE what you are selecting. 🧐 I would advise REMOTES if possible if you have many options since most people can't change them all while sitting.I hope this long review will help!

I bought this 1 year ago (Aug 2023), and the bidet is still going....just like us. I was unsure about getting a bidet, and now I'll never live without one! Here are the main things I'll share:1) Make sure you have power by your toilet as this one requires power to heat, dry, & provide a nightlight.2) It is relatively easy to install.3) Having warm water is very nice as Nebraska winters keep our water quite cold.4) The heated seat is also nice in the winter.5) The dryer is fine, but I rarely use it for some unknown reason.6) This is a bathroom game changer! Every house guest that I've had has commented that they want one!7) MOST IMPORTANTLY: If you are a person who, like me, has to wipe and wipe and wipe only to return to the bathroom 30-60 minutes later to wipe again, this is for you! Use the bidet, and 99% of the time you just dab yourself dry, and you don't need to come back later to get clean again. Seriously. If I have to poop at work, the first thing I do when I get home is use the bidet.8) Ladies, this bidet has a special setting for us which is quite useful for certain times of the month!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. If it dies tomorrow, I'll buy another one.

Elongated bowl Bidet Toilet seat does not properly fit our elongated bowl toilet because the lower portion housing the Bidet wash arm and dryer fan output pushes against the back of the bowl causing the inside front of the seat to line up with the inside edge of the toilet bowl top, and if attached centered over the bowl, the right side of the seat ends up around 1/4 inch outside of the toilet bowl so it's almost guaranteed for the male genetalia to contact the edge of the toilet bowl when using the toilet.Every previous Bidet toilet seat I've bought came with a paper template of the new seat to allow installer to figure out where and how to mount the seat attachment in the correct location to get the Bidet seat properly aligned with the toilet bowl, but this toilet seat came with four instruction booklets, but no mention of location measurements, template, or anything to hint at where to mount the seat attachment flange.Along with the lacking seat attachment template or measurements, on the Amazon listing, it shows that it includes a wireless remote with a "Defecate" function button on the remote, but the remote included with the seat is completely different than the remote showing in the product listing pictures, and the seat either is lacking the "Defecate" function, or it's just the included remote that is missing this function, which was the main reason I chose this seat in the first place.I'm pretty sure the seat I received is defective because according to the listing, the heated seat is supposed to only heat when it's being occupied, but this one keeps the seat heated even when the toilet is unoccupied.Also, if the water temperature is turned off, the water is unheated coming out, but even with the water temperature set to the lowest temperature setting, which should be just slightly warm, when the water starts spraying out, the water starts comfortably warm, but then the water temperature starts to rise until the water gets hot enough to literally leave burns on the skin the water sprays on!!! And don't even try using it with the water temperature set to the hottest setting, or the water coming out will become too hot to tolerate within just a few seconds after the water starts spraying!!!Included pictures are a screenshot of the remote seat is pictured with in the product listing, a picture of the remote that came with the seat, and a picture of the poor fit of this seat on an elongated bowl toilet. The toilet seat can not be attached squarely because of the portion of the seat that houses the spray wand and drying vent hitting the back of the bowl before the front of the seat is even lined up with the inside edge of the toilet bowl!

Originally purchased this 201s back in July of 2025. It worked fantastic, until it didn't. A message to the seller and they took care of the issue. Although, the original style/model is not currently available, they supplied a replacement that fit right into place and is working just as good as the July purchase. Superb Customer Service, I thank you.I sure hope these things will last longer than 6 months.Will update later... say around Aug 2026. So keep your seat, ha ha ha.

J’ai reçu le siège il y quelques semaines déjà. L’installation de plomberie est facile, mais, côté électrique, cela requiert une prise 120v approximité. L’équipement est bien fait, de qualité et fonctionne très bien jusqu’à ce jour. Ne regrette pas mon achat. Qualité prix excellent.

Great addition to our home!

Very easy to set up. Easy to use features. I like the night light.

While it is very comfortable, we have had a slew of quality issues related to the durability. Upon receipt there was scratching across the top back across the company name but that was just cosmetic so we ignored it. Then it was good for about 6 months, and then the connection spot on the lid (back) cracked. There are cracks in the underside of the seat that are visible from the top (its like the top is white but the interior material is black). We have a bidet on our other toilet, and actually that one is a few months older, and havent had a single issue with it. We will replace this one soon which is disappointing as its a high cost for 12 months of use.
