This dehumidifier really works well. Pretty quiet and takes a lot of moisture out of our basement air.

So far, so good. It's been working for 2 nights and I've emptied the bucket twice. It's very humid here in South Florida and the houses carry it, too. I had a dank smell going on and was using Damp Rid, but it wasn't really working. In less than 2 days, I can tell it's working because the smell isn't so prevelant when I walk in the house. Very quiet and easy to get started. Just plugged it in and read the directions.

I was looking for a new dehumidifier, since the humidity is very high this summer. I've been hapoy with an older version of Airplus dehumidifier, so I thought to give this upgraded one a try.It's been over a week and it's doing a fantastic job.This dehumidifier is stylish, quiet, and works quickly to lower the humidity in the basement.The top control panel is lit with lights, it gives you control over Drying, Ionizer, Timer, Humidity level, and Fan speed. The water container is on the back, which holds the water for overnight. There's also a air filter on the back where I can easily clean it and keep the intakes cleared. It automatically detects the humidity level once you turn it on, and it runs pretty quiet even at high speed.Overall, this is a decent built humidifier, I will follow up if any issue arise. Otherwise, this is another worthy purchase, thanks.

I've had this unit for a few weeks now, works great, pulls a LOT of moisture from my basement, emptying every morning.  I'm not sure how some people are experiencing leaks, but I've had none.  4 stars cuz the bucket can be a bit awkward to empty and could easily be redesigned.  Can't speak to its longevity, but so far so good!

For its size, this is a powerful and well-designed dehumidifier. Unfortunately the first unit I received was broken but a few email exchanges with customer service (the rep helping me was excellent, BTW), they shipped me a new one and it works really well.The handle is convenient, the controls easy to use and understand, and it pulls a lot of moisture out of the air. I have this in my 1300 sq foot basement and use the drainage hose to a floor drain. In 2-3 days the humidity down there dropped under 50% and it had been closer to 70%.For the price this dehumidifier is great!What could be better: the quality of the drain line could be improved and it would be great if the casters under the unit were removable.

Barely lasted one full year. Noticed a couple weeks ago it stopped collecting water in the pan despite it running. I have this in my bedroom we live near the ocean and my house has high humidity. I have a larger dehumidifier in my rec room that’s constantly collecting water. This one initially did collect water but not as much as my larger unit. Then one day, right at the edge of its one year mark, it stopped collecting water. I cleaned the filter, unplugged the unit waited for ten minutes plugged it back in. Turned it back on. Waited. And waited. Not so much as a drop of water in the pan after 12 solid hours of running. Bone-dry pan. And the room is still humid as heck.

We had a tropical rain storm that left 3” of water and dirt on my basement floor. My old dehumidifier was ruined. Of course my old friend Amazon was needed to make a decision on a new one. I found Airplus to fit my basic needs of low noise, larger capacity for picked up water and power. It not only dried the air but the dirt that was left so I could sweep it instead of shoveling it. It was like a new toy for me and I bragged about it to my neighbors. I absolutely love the fact that I am emptying it so often,because it means it is WORKING! Thank you, Airplus for your help.

Dehumidifier was easy to setup, replacing another device by a different manufacturer which only lasted 14 months. As with the other unit, I have it draining directly into a sink, so no issues there. I found this one easy to use and easy to understand (again, unlike the F* unit I had.) I could easily adjust the level of humidity on the console. My room sensor shows that it, indeed, does dehumidify the air... as well, or better, than the previous F* unit. The most noticeable characteristic is that it is much quieter than the previous unit we had, which we appreciate since it's next to our family room. I don't often give 5-stars but this one checked all the boxes, so it felt right!
