I set this up by myself. I am in a wheelchair and this takes care of my floors. I receive a lot of compliments on the looks of my floors. The Lefant does a better job than my old vacuum

It vacuums ✅️It mops ✅️But I can't say I'm 100% satiafied, I guess you get what you pay for.MAYBE I'm to critical at the fact that when tasking the robot to mop a small area, let's say this 3'x6' area in front of my stove, it leaves about a 2 inch gap in front of the stove, maybe becuase the stainless steel is not reflecting back to the sensor correctly, so I'll tape it off and retry in the future. BUT it also did not mop a little area in the middle of the selected area.The robot unit and docking station is built pretty good, has 4 suction modes which do a good job of picking up pretty much anything, setting it up was a breeze, took about 5 minutes, battery life is good enough to vacuum a 900sqft home in 1 charge. The other reason I chose this one over others is the rotating mop heads, which seem to do a good job. It comes with 1 set of spare mop heads and sweepers.The app needs a lot of work, options that should be under the "shortcut" button are hidden deep in the settings. There are some layout issues where the labels on some buttons are off-center and general translation errors throughout the app, but its functional once you decrypt what every setting does.

I honestly don’t even wanna give this one star. This is the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. There are rooms in my house that it won’t even go into so that it can create a map. It doesn’t clean along the walls very closely at all, and you’re constantly having a roller brush because can’t handle a small piece of paper.

Out of the box - Very easy to set up.Download app and follow instructionsThe initial mapping was unbelievably fast.Maps and numbers the rooms.A suggestion I would love to have b the ability to edit and mark off my rooms as my choice. It has some options to edit, merging and rename but the ability to define the areas would be super.I hope is it is long term operational and minimal map loss challenges

We are loving our Lefant Lidar Robot Vacuum and Mop. It works perfectly. The M3 MAX is Awesome. The Suction is superior to other brands. The Mopping function is great. The pads spin instead of drag behind the unit. We love the hands free refunction of the robot returning to the dock and emptying the dirty water and filling the robot with fresh clean water. The M3 Max blows away the competition.

I Love my Vacuum but dang I should of waited till Black Friday Sale. Fool me thinking I was getting a great deal for Prime when I paid full price. 51% off my azz. At least I would of gotten some dollars of with BF.

This is supposed to be a SMART vacuum and mop! I am very disappointed with it. I have given it and I multiple chances but it does not mop appropriately in my opinion and it gets stuck in same places in home even when I try to enter no go zone. It will get replaced because I am always sweeping and mopping myself. It is a noisy machine

I upgraded from my 3-year-old Uoni Robot Vacuum to the Lefant M3 Max Robot Vacuum/Mop and found it to be superior. I tried to stay away from the mopping robots because I didn't want the hassle of cleaning the mop pads every day. When I saw that the M3 Max could potentially save me from the routine mop washing chores, I decided to go with this model because:1) It could automatically wash its mops after every run.2) It had the highest suction among others at 20,000 Pa (somewhat loud if you set it at this maximum level and battery would drain faster, but that was expected.)3) The app was easy to use and allowed me to select the order of which rooms to clean first. This feature was handy because I wanted it to clean the less dirty place first (my bedroom) then the most dirty place last (my kitchen).4) The app allowed me to merge and split areas into separate rooms.5) All my pre-sale questions were timely responded, this indicated good customer support.
