Has worked flawlessly for the last couple months. Not real wood, but plastic though. Guess I should have read the ad better, but looks good and works great. Quiet and setting 6 is pretty dang fast. 3 different light settings are nice, although a dimming capability would make it better. Very bright.

I got the ceiling fan for my new screen in porch and I have to tell you it is perfect. It has a timer on it. It has a dimmer on it. It goes forward. It goes in reverse and it looks really good and the light is really bright in there I love it very happy with this ceiling fan and highly recommended easy to put up

Great quality fan that runs super quiet. We loved the dark wood color and modern look and the fact that it’s easy to dust. The wood is actually a plastic material but you can’t tell the difference! We got 5, one for each bedroom, the living room and dining room. Guests always comment that they think the fans look cool! The light works great as well. The fan has adjustable speeds but even level 1 is pretty fast! My husband is a hot sleeper and this fan has saved him!

Installation is straightforward but the manufacturer should provide an earth connection that is much longer. When the fan is hanging on its safety chain the 2 earth wires must be able to connect. I had to provide a 12 inch extender. The safety chain can also easily come off the hook during installation. I had to tie some wire at the safety hook to prevent that. Other reviewers also mention that the fan cannot operate without the remote. This is a design error. Otherwise the fan works great and looks great.

I bought 2. A white one and the wood grain one. they look good, but quality is terrible. I went to install the white one and the base that mounts to the ceiling had 4 screws to attached the fan. 2 of the screws/bolts i could not loosen. Mind you i had completely installed the fan and was mounting to the ceiling. They would not come undone. So I had to completely uninstall the fan to back down to the base bracket to try to loosen the bolts with some leverage. No luck! Both would not budge.We needed a fan in the guest bedroom as we had company coming, so i took the base bracket from my other fan (the wood grain one) and i was able to finally install it. By this time hours have passed.Get it installed, and tuned it on. worked well for a day or 2. I did email and after WEEKS of silence off and on, they finally sent a replacement part for my other fan. that took 2-3 weeks to get.But we could just not figure out the remote.WE paired it. But when we would turn on the fan, and then the light, and the fan would stop. Then we would just turn on the fan, and the light would come on for no reason. So we would shut off the light and the fan would stop. Very frustrating. Turn the fan on, and the light come back on. What the heck!So by this time i could not return. So what i had to do is disconnect the light! And still the remote does not seem to work properly. And then to boot, we had people staying in the room and in the middle of the night, the light cover fell off. Right on the bed. They woke up and it was lying there. Tried many times to reinstall. Would not stay. So i had to tape it on the fan. So tacky, but it is better than seeing the LED lights.So i go to install the second one. And it is De'ja' vu!!! finally got mounted. and the Remote is jacked!!! same thing as my other one. And the reason i am writing this review, is that i came in this morning and walked in my office, and the light cover is on the floor!!!! Junk! There is no reason for it fall off. We have not even turned on the fan because the remote is jacked up to! So do not buy. I bought 2 and they are both the same. Terrible. if i could, i would return, but since i am outside of my 30 days, no can do!

I think a review criticized this for having plastic blades, but think about it, are they going to be sagging down after 2 or 3 years like the pressed paperboard blades? This is a definite improvement over the kind that comes on literally every other ceiling fan besides the ones rated for outdoor use. That being said, another reviewer stated the light is only 1 color; it is not; it has a warm, cool, and bright setting. The light output is the same between modes, but a definite difference in the temperature. I replaced a 5 blade 52 inch fan with this, and this one puts out more air, id say probably 50% more easily. The remote works well, and there is no need to have switched power for this unit. This is lighter, brighter, puts out more air, and is easier than reaching over the table to pull the chain to change fan speeds(only 3 previous). After installation, no balancing was required even though this comes with a kit to do it with.Installation was a piece of cake as well, the unit is very light compared to the old, and only a few wires and screws to attach and your done, 10 minutes if you are adept, 20 if you need to take your time. This is easily a 100% improvement over my last fan. I bought a second just in case I get the urge to change out another fan in the house!

We love this fan for its looks that can be used with any decor. Love the sleek design of the very quiet motor instead of a down rod fan. There are multiple settings for the fan and light on the remote control. The light is led which has 3 different light modes. The fan was also very easy to put up. It has a hanging wire that allows you to wire the electric without trying to hold the motor at the same time. We actually bought a second fan for a bedroom! It was priced right, under $100 for a fan that really moves air even in a large room like ours.

Great looking. Good quality, very quiet, easy to install. Decent price too. What more can you ask for!
