My Canupdog digital frame is exactly what I wanted! A full 16-inch frame without a border, so the images go edge-to edge, the way I wanted it. Other frames have an inner white frame which does not allow the image edge-to-edge-- I was specifically looking for this feature. Plus for the price this is an excellent choice. My purpose for this was to have art pictures which I downloaded from Wikimedia onto my computer and then uploaded onto the frame-- that's what I am using it for. One way to do this is to email the files to an email address which is provided to you once you sync your frame to your wifi. You can create folders on the frame, then you choose which pics you want in what folder-- it's easy to figure out. You can also add family member so they can upload pics to the frame as well. You can also choose "all photos", which I have done right now. I have chosen to play the images randomly at 15-minute intervals-- but you can change it to longer or shorter (click the bottom of the image displayed for the setting icon to set the interval per frame-- scroll up for shorter intervals of 3,5,10,15 seconds, or length of minutes). You can also get the VPhoto app and it connects with the photos on your phone, and you can upload them that way (this was super easy and quick-- 50 photos at a time.). If you plan to display photos from your phone it is easy from the app. The image quality is excellent-- I am so happy to be able to gaze at these masterpieces on my wall-- this is an incredible experience. Note: The image quality is way better than how it shows up in the picture I took-- images are very clear and sharp and so, so satisfying. This is everything I had hoped for!!

If you are looking to buy a digital photo frame, I highly, highly recommend this item. We had a different brand before that lasted about 18 months before it went bad. I ordered this one after looking at a lot of digital frames.Setup: Very easy. You take it out of the box, plug it in, and it walks you through it. You connect it to your WIFI, insert a SD card (Unlike many of the other photo frames, this takes a full size SD card, not the Mini SD card that most others take, thankfully I had an adapter). After that, you simply need to download the Frameo app on your phone, create an account or login, then connect your app to the frame which is very easy (in the settings of the frame, there is a tab to add "a friend." When you click that tab, it will show you a code, and it also has a qr code that you can scan in the app to automatically link it. From there, you can start adding photos.Settings: There are a lot of customizable settings, and I haven't tried them all yet. First, I noticed that it was set to shut off at 11pm and turn on automatically at 7am. Since my wife gets up for work before 7am, I changed that to 5am. Another setting is for the motion sensor. By default, it automatically turns off the screen after I believe 15 minutes of no motion being detected. Since we have this in our living room where we often watch TV, this wasn't good. I decided to turn off the motion sensor to keep the screen on at all times between 5am and 11pm (before making this change it shut off on it's own while we were watching TV, and we like to be able to look over every now and then to see the pictures).When you send pics to the frame, some of the pics will show zoomed in. If you don't like that, simply touch the screen when the pic is showing, and click full screen, then you will see the entire picture.You can also send videos to this digital frame. It will only send a 15 second clip of the video, and you can choose which 15 seconds you want to see on the frame. Unlike some other frames, you don't have to pay for an upgrade or subscription service for this feature to work. Just a FYI with videos, there is sound as well. If you don't want to hear the sound, you can turn that off or adjust the volume. We actually enjoy this feature.
I was looking for a frame that specifically has motion sensor - I want to replace the frame my parents have as it is old and needs to be updated. The one I bought for them before (in 2017) has this feature, and I know they never turn on/off their frame as they rely only on the motion sensor on/off option. I wanted a larger size as well, so after researching my options, I ordered this frame.Set-up was easy, but there is even no motion sensor option in the frame settings though the manual clearly explains how to turn it on. I was confused until I found another review with this specific problem. THIS FRAME HAS NO MOTION SENSOR!The power button in in the back panel, so if you do not set up the sleeping mode, you'll need to manually turn the frame on and off by pressing the button, to do that you need to tilt the frame and search for the button in the back of the frame. This is extremely inconvenient if you decide to hang your frame on the wall, if at all possible in such a setting. There is no remote to help out with this, if it at least had a remote control, that would solve half of the problem.Also, the speed of picture rotation is pre-set, and you can't change it (how long each picture will stay on display). And I also didn't particularly like the size: it seemed a little too long on the sides leaving a lot of unused space for vertical pictures (but this is most likely my personal thing).One-star for false advertising - I was misled by the wrong description, unless the manufacturer has recently discontinued the motion sensor option, but the description remains unchanged.One thing I have discovered so far: if a frame has motion sensor option, it won't have the sleep mode available. I might be wrong, but this is what I have noticed in the frames that I researched.
I ordered this for Christmas and didn’t open it for a while due to family illness and death. When I did finally got to open it, it didn’t work. I contacted the company, explained my situation, they cheerfully replaced it. I received the new one, set it up and it works perfectly!

I purchased this frame 2 times. First time was 21 July 2024, and second time 2 December 2024. One of the best feature the frame had was the that the screen auto turned off after certain time, 2 mins to 4 hours. The first frame had that feature, but the second frame I bought the company got rid of that feature. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT 😡. Worse thing is the seller still have that description in the product details. I don't like to have the screen on for hours and hours.
**update to my previous 2 star review (which is still below). The seller got in touch and helped to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Very pleased with the great customer service from this brand! **It's a nice looking frame, and the photos show up vibrant and clear. Photo loading from the app is super simple. HOWEVER I've had nothing but issues since trying to set this up. There's a totally "dead" spot on the touch screen. Nothing works in that area. It glitches constantly: The photos will randomly freeze until you manually scroll to the next. The settings bar along the bottom will flash non stop. If you try to click one of the settings buttons it works for a split second and then exits you. It takes forever for the sideshow to start back up if you go back to the home screen. Etc etcIt can be quite frustrating.I'd honestly say spend your money on a different brand, unless these problems dont bother you. In which case, as mentioned, it is a beautiful way to display photos (when it's working).

Auction Closing Times

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Major undisclosed damage that significantly affects functionality or value
- Item arrives nonfunctional or dead on arrival (unless listed as untested, for parts, or salvage)
- Missing critical components necessary for basic operation that were not disclosed in the listing
- Counterfeit items or items materially different from the listing description
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, scuffs, or signs of prior handling
- Damaged, worn, or missing retail packaging
- Compatibility issues with buyer equipment, software, or intended use
- Missing non-essential accessories, manuals, inserts, cables, or packaging materials unless specifically stated in the listing
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos and/or video documentation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Sales Tax
All orders are subject to the 6% Michigan sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must have a current tax-exempt certificate on file before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Failure to Pay or Remove Items
Korting reserves the right to charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for items not paid for and picked up within seven days of the auction closing. Such items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Korting. Korting may resell any abandoned or forfeited items.
