pros: nice keyboard , good sound, transports easily, can use batteries or a plug in adaptorcons: sheet music stand is a little flimsy, would have been nice to have little rubber feet on bottom so it doesn't slip/move around, have to be careful if using batteries, they drain quickly if its left on!

Good gift idea for a child who into music. This is not a full size piano but is a good option to introduce children to the love of music to see if they want to continue learning and invest time + money into professional lessons and a full size piano. It’s a very nice quality that is a good value for the price paid. I would pay more for this piano than the advertised price.

This little piano keyboard is solidly built and nice looking. I guess you need to attach a speaker if you want a decent volume as without one the volume is soft even turned all the way up. It's nice that you can use it either plugged into an electrical outlet or using batteries. This is a real instrument, not really a toy - they advise adult supervision and I agree.

I really wanted to love this piano - and honestly, I did at first! The design is beautiful and feels much higher quality than those typical plastic kids’ pianos. The wood finish looks great, the sound is pleasant (not too tinny or thin), and the key size is perfect for little hands.The included sticker system is also helpful overall for young kids just learning to play - it’s been easy for my 4-year-olds to follow along, and they’re picking up the basics quickly. It’s encouraging and lets them feel successful right away.In the included sticker system, ovals represent the lower notes, stars for the middle, and crescents for the higher notes, while C through B are numbered and repeat the colors for each scale. The different shapes are maybe a little confusing, and I think it would make more sense to use the actual letters for each key rather then numbers, but it’s good that the musical notations are also present. I may actually remove these and just teach my kids the old-fashioned way, introducing sheet music as soon as possible.As a classically trained pianist, I can say this is obviously no replacement for the real thing, but it’s a great stopgap for introducing kids to the basics while we shop for a real piano.Unfortunately, the power switch broke the very first time I touched it, which was really disappointing. Everything else seems well made, but that one small flaw ruined an otherwise great experience.If the switch had held up, this would easily be a 5-star toy. Hoping the seller can improve that part, because the rest of it is wonderful!

IT has a gorgeous silky finish to it.It is beautifully made with excellent quialtiy materisals.It sounds good! my husband can play piano, and can play this just fine, i think the keys are almost full size.Its very easy to assemble too, so if its a christmas present, it wouldnt be difficult to build on christmas eve. Took hubby about 15 minutes.The stool is very tiny.Overall, Im very happy with this piano, and can happily recommend it.
