I tested it out and found that it made working in the bottom of my china cabinet much easier. I could roll back and forth to reach different parts of the cabinet. I did find that initially, the seat dug into my thighs and made them uncomfortable. I ended up playing with the adjustments and found that by tilting the saddle stool down, it didn't dig into my legs. I did become more comfortable after that adjustment. It does make you sit straight because you don't have a back to slouch into. The wheels roll easily across the floor. I have tried it on wooden floors and on carpet and the chair moved around very easily. The quality of the seat surface is top notch. It is made of faux leather but it is a very high end faux leather. It can be easily wiped down without doing any damage to the surface. The seat height is adjustable and can be set at table height and shorter. Overall, this is a very handy and high quality stool that was easy to assemble. I feel the pricepoint is very fair.

This is not a very comfortable stool for a long sitting, but it's really nice. If you are doing something where you might need to stand up and sit back down repeatedly. It is comfortable for that type of repetitive stand-up sit down situation. I use it in my office, since I usually need to stand up every couple of minutes to settle my daughter while I'm working. It was easy to set up and assemble, and you can adjust the height easily as well as the pitch.My husband did not find it as comfortable as me, so you may want to consider your own personal preferences as far as saddle comfort and your body before getting this chair.It rolls really well and it feels sturdy. I like to work on stuff in the garage on my workbench and I've been wanting a compact stool to use. This one is fairly compact for my needs and seems like it'll be durable. It's got no back, so it kind of forces you to work on your posture. It feels fairly comfortable in spurts. I haven't really had a super long session on it yet, so I don't know if I'd feel differently if I sat on it for continuous hours. Overall it's going to serve me well for my purposes.
