So far it works great and fits great. No issues at all

I had purchased a replacement head for our Central Vac system a couple years ago and the fit was never quite right and eventually dies I bought this head with skepticism but works as good as the original head we had , very happy with fit and function

It worked really well at first. Now it shuts off and on so is unusable. Very disappointed.

This vacuum fits my house vac system perfectly. My only complaints are that it is very loud and does not swivel side to side when trying to vacuum the baseboards.

It does a great job, probably as good as my Beam powerhead that was damaged beyond repair. Some down sides of the Central Vac: 1. The Central vac powerhead seems overall, to be made more cheaply than the Beam. 2. The Central Vac has a high pitch sound that I find beyond annoying, maybe even damaging, to hearing, so I wear earplugs. 3. The light in the Central Vac powerhead is a joke, it does not shine anywhere on the floor, but upward, and when you pull the Vac back toward you, the light shines up in your eyes. I may have to open it up and discontinue the light. On the plus side: 1. The Central Vac head is working well after a few months. 2. The price was good. 3. The original order arrived obviously damaged and the return/ replacement process was easy.......On a side note, the cord plug was not compatible with my original long power cord (which I knew when I ordered it) I modified the cord on the Central Vac powerhead to match my existing cord. Do not attempt this yourself unless you are competent in electrical work AND you are comfortable losing any warranty on the item.

The head just up and died and it is about 12 months old. My first vacuum head lasted over 21 years and this one has stopped after only 12 months. Something should be done to replace this head. Really upset and disappointed that the one only lasted 12 months.

Perfect fit and worked fine for four years. The original power head last 25+years! Will look for a different brqand replacement but my end up back with the untrtusted China Communist Party product.

this replaced our Beam power nozzle of 33 years which we never had a problem with, just got tired. This unit is extremely powerful, has great pickup,, and gets the job done in one pass. Recommended.

Works well, and has good suction

Worked great and very powerful!! Haven’t even had it a year. With light use as we have other robot vacuum for more daily cleaning. So Disappointed the head broke/motor dead. Now we have to buy another one. Not impressed. Will not buy this one again. Would not recommend.

It seems to work great. I like how lightweight it is, and I like how they included multiple rubber ties to secure the cord. A couple of issues that reduce my review to 4 stars.-I vacuum with my right hand, which means I'm standing on the left side of the vacuum (probably like most people). The on/off button, which you press with your foot, is on the right side of the powerhead. I find that strange.-Has a higher profile than my old powerhead, so it's harder to get under low furniture.-Wheels make a high pitched squeak when you pull backward too fast.-Does not seem to have a carpet height adjustment, which I should have known based on the description.Despite these limitations, so far it seems like good value for the money.

I like that it is a perfect replacement for what I originally have; good price also; but after a few times of using it, I noticed that it kept on stopping; it turns out that the circuit breaker trips, why? the motor gets overloaded by the roller/brush; The roller seems to be a little tight to turn, I loosened up a bit and tried again, this time its running very well;

** update bought May 2024*** for the second time .. it is April 2025 and it’s dead and I need to replace it again ****I just used this vacuum for the first time so I’m hoping it lasts!! The suction is great, I had a beam powerhead that looked exactly the same and had great suction but broke after 6 months of light use. This one is just as powerful!! The 2 prongs fit better into the vacuum than the original one that kept requiring me to push it back in multiple times while vacuuming . Fit perfectly into the wand.
