Most excellent product for what it is — a very VERY strong massager than helps with hand/wrist tension. I bought this product in November of 2022 — yes, almost 3 years ago — I have used it 3-5 times per week, usually once a day, sometimes more.I get a lot of wrist tension due to my work and some hobbies. Anyway, I have not used the heat feature much nor the buzzing feature. The way this thing works is — it squeezes your hand really really hard and then lets go gradually and repeats the cycle. In many ways, it's not unlike the blood pressure machine that measures your blood pressure, only on your wrist.I have large but delicate hands with long fingers and I draw and play the piano and write — this thing never hurt me. I like that it is very strong — basically it squeezes my hand/wrist and get the tension out.Basically, it's a compression massager. I was very impressed with how well my has held up, 4-5 times per week use and 2.5 years later the grip is just as strong and it works very well. I also have dropped it a few times and all sorts of stuff — works just fine!This is one of the best massagers of the kind I have owned. Just be aware of what it does — this is not some kind of gentle wavy motion that takes you away — it is a compression massager so if you want your hand/wrist to be squeezed — HARD — to get the tension out — this thing performs VERY well.If you are looking for a hard, reliable home compression massager that will squeeze your hand hard — this is it! I'm a big fan of this style of massagers, I would not be happy without it and this is the best one of the kind I've had! Not to mention — very reliable in my case! 2.5 years and going strong!!!

I absolutely love the LifePro Legra Hand Massager with Heat and Compression! This is my second purchase. At first, I thought my first one was broken because it wasn’t charging, but it turned out I just needed a new charger — now it works perfectly. I’m a hairstylist, so I use it almost daily after leaving the salon, and it’s been a lifesaver for my hands. I even sold this one to another stylist at my salon because I love it so much!The intensity level is perfect, and it’s highly effective. The size, durability, noise level, and comfort are all excellent. I often fall asleep with it on my hand. Every aspect works great for me, making it a must-have for anyone needing hand relief.

After having it for a few days now & being able to use it daily it seems to work pretty good at helping me with my pain. I'm just working on getting things just right so it doesn't cause more pain when I'm hurting. I feel as though there are multiple options/levels of intensity & function that it still feels like a higher intensity or pressure sometimes even on the lowest setting, while other times not as strong. It just seems to not be quite as consistent as would be desirable but not necessarily a game changer. Overall I think it is a good device in helping relive aches, pain, & stiffness in the hands & wrists with arthritis, carpal tunnel, fatigue, & general pain in hands. That being said, I think there could be improvements made however;-Function: If the ball/bubble in the middle could shift for a left/right setup like they do back & forth/up & down in chair & other massagers to have a slightly more accurate result.-Heat: I understand the reasons for not having a 2nd/warmer heat level however, if you are going to have heat, do it right & so you can make as many customers as you can happy. Heating pads are never perfect or a sure bet but people buy them for the relive they can provide despite that & I've never seen a heating pad or device stop at level one. I realize that heat is only one part of what the device does but I feel like I may have times where I may only want heat & vibration or even just heat. I think as many customers have said it would have be nice to have that option. If you have the capabilities to do so I would recommend it. It seems like a pain to have to also use a heating pad/pack to get relief with the heat as well.- Maintainance: I think this product should come with it's own cleaning cloth. The manual says the device should be wiped down inside & out after each use but I'm not sure what I should use. For the outside it seems as though a paper towel or cleaning cloth would suffice but I don't want to use anything that could create lint inside which is why I also worry about using a regular wash cloth or sponge. Maybe in the future the middle compartment could detach or top could open up withba release button for cleaning with a damp cloth & the slide/click back in place or close.- Storage & travel bag: I appreciated the thickness & sturdiness of the bag for protection, storage & travel, the fabric itself may as well be a sticky sheet because it pulls & collects dust, lint, hair etc. from the air like a magnet. For the short time I've had the product, it looks as though I have drug the bag all across my floor & back. The fabric being black & showing everything is not helpful either but the main problem is the fabric itself. I may end up having to get a bag for the bag or just another bag all-together which seems silly & a waste where you have provided one.-The battery; I don't know if you have the option or ability to increase the battery, but if I do 2 sessions on each hand throughout the day the battery will need to be charged again. That means I have to create a dedicated space for it to charge once a day on most days so it can be put away fully charged for when I need it, rather then once or twice a week maybe where I can plug it in here or there. It could help maybe. If you could make it possible to use the device while it is plugged in &/or provide a lightning charge cord.Overall I think you have a good product that could be a better product with a few tweeking & improvements.

Lifepro's wireless hand massager is a winner! I was a bit nervous about placing my hand in this unit because it reminded me comically of the movie "Roman Holiday" when Audrey Hepburn placed her hand in the "Mouth of Stone", but this massager turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I have carpal tunnel, a trigger finger and arthritis in my right hand all of which are very uncomfortable and painful. My husband is a landscaper and comes home with aching hands, wrists and shoulders. My goal was to see if this unit would provide relief, especially since the colder weather is coming, the worst time of year for these ailments. My husband's goal was to get him through each week without extreme pain and stiffness.We tried all the settings...mode, intensity, vibration and heat and each have varying levels, depending on your tolerance. You'll feel gentle kneading, compression and massaging. After the first couple uses I increased the levels without any problem for even greater relief. The battery lasts a long time before having to recharge which is great. We've been using it every day for a week now.Our results were amazing to say the least. Our hands were more relaxed, fingers more flexible, improved wrist pain. There are little beads under the fabric inside the massager that work like accupressure, feels so good and when you remove your hand from the unit, you have all these little indentations on your palm and wrist, so you KNOW something good was happening in there. The indentations fade in a few minutes, so, don't be concerned. Bottom line is we LOVE Lifepro's Hand Massager and will continue to use it even more in the future. Let me start by saying, I have freakishly small wrists and thin fingers. I did a LOT of research on hand massagers and landed on this one.I have had multiple surgeries; I am a disabled veteran with crappy hands and wrists.That being said, the issues I have benefit by compression, heat and massage. I was excited to get this thing and relax while it worked it's magic.Pssshhht...magic? On the lowest intensity it just plain hurt! I am not a pain baby of any kind!This does NOT massage. It inflates and squeezes the crud out of your hand and wrist!! It gives you a few seconds of relief and then repeats the anaconda-like grip.Remember I already said I have very thin hand, fingers and wrists. It wasn't a "work through the pain" situation; it just hurt like hell-o!One of the factors that sold me on this model was the heat function. It even warns you to remove metal so it won't heat up and burn you. Burn you? Literally cannot even feel a slight warmth let alone an overheating metal danger.It vibrates. Um...why? It doesn't vibrate down in the areas that come in contact with your hand. To be honest, I don't know what the vibrate is supposed to do, but it doesn't do it.Great in theory.Absolute fail in function.Unless you need to torture a confession out of someone, I wouldn't recommend this awful thing to anyone.

Cured my trigger thumb in just a few days. I originally bought this product for my trigger thumb that kept locking up. Haven't had this issue since my purchase 3 years ago! I use the massager several times per week, when my hands are bothering me. Normally use it at night as I'm going to bed - it honestly helps me fall asleep. Not sure if it's the sound or the compression that does it. I spend hours on a computer for work and this massager helps my hands not hurt as much.I only wish it was longer so I could get my entire arm in it! I loved it so much I bought one for my daughter who is a hair stylist and also uses her hands all day.I only use the compression and heat, not the vibration. I don't care for the vibration with any massager and the heat isn't much- but I love the compression.Less than a year after I purchased, my roomba destroyed the usb plug- I inquired about purchasing another and they just sent it to me at no cost- that's what I call awesome customer service!

I bought the massager for my fingers which get swollen and sore. It's a pressure massager that really works in one manner. The inside sheath fills with air like a balloon and puts pressure on your hand and wrist. It's not a comfortable feeling. In some respects the pressure can be a bit painful. Even in the lower settings.However it does work. It does provide me with temporary relief in my digits. The vibration massage element is more loud than it is strong. It's actually pitiful and poorly conceived. Yes it would be nice to feel the vibration. But hey, this a "no frills" massager that does the job. It's like flying coach class. You won't be comfortable during the flight and you won't pay a whole lot for the seat. But you will arrive at the destination, which is what matters most. Yes there's probably better hand massager in the market today. But there are some that are far worse than this product. So here is where I will stay....

This is not a typical massager, although it does have some functioning that resembles of massage. Its pressurizing device with blunt plastic needle like points (acupuncture) that has 3 focus areas, wrist - palm - fingers. It inflates and deflates in different patterns and forces throughout your hand (at times those wave patterns does feels like someone is actually massaging your hand). At the first use it may feel slightly panful or uncomfortable because you never had anything like this done to your hand, but after a few sessions it becomes enjoyable and relaxing. I didn't like it much and was skeptical after the first use but now I use daily and actually enjoy it.The device interior space is just big enough for Large size hands, at first I thought it was too small for my large hands, but now I understand how it operates and am pleased with it. There is a way to move your hand further in or out of the device and change up pressure focus areas (sometimes I want more focus on my long fingers), there is slight room to spread or reposition the fingers.The heater function is nice but it does drain the battery faster so I skip it most of the time. The hand placed in a tight space itself accumulates plenty of heat.5 modes offers variety (I've included picture from the manual with description). I know many customers have requested more detailed info on these modes so I will try to explain. Modes 1 & 2 are the most popular and cover the whole hand in various patterns top to bottom, my personal fav is #2. Mode 3 covers wrist and palm with MAX force continuously with very brief pressure release intervals - it can get very intense. Mode 4 it only works focused on your wrist. Mode 5 covers palm and wrist (its very similar experience to 1&2).5 levels of intensity does come handy, at first I could barely handle 1 or 2, now days I always use the max level 5.Battery lasts long time, remember heating device will drain the battery much faster. To check the battery level you can see it while using it or plug in charger and it will show you more accurately. Battery level indicator can periodically drop lower during intense pressure points but that's normal and it bounces back up when the pressure released.Device does come with automatic 15 minute shut off timer which is very convenient.

Amazing product, reduced my wrist and arm pain! Recommended.

The machine works well and does relieve some of the tension in your hand and wrist . I was hoping for more of a massage rather than vibration and pressure from the pneumatic bag that your hand sits in. But still a great machine and you can do about six, 15min treatments on one charge

I have carpal tunnel in both hands/wrists and this helps SO MUCH! Where the braces that I have, weren't helping after wearing them overnight for several nights - not to mention the lack of sleep because of wearing them! Using the Lifepro Hand massager provided relief after 1 session of relaxing, wearing it while watching my fav shows. So 1 hand/wrist and then the other. 15 min per hand.
