Just wrap the sleeve around your upper arm, press the power button, and the unit starts to work. After about 20 seconds, it's finished and the sleeve slowly relaxes. It takes about 10 seconds to fully relax. When it's done, the digital display shows your blood pressure and heart rate. This is a good product at a very fair price.

I went through several BP monitors, but they were not accurate enough, and gave ridiculous fluctuations on my BP, and at the advisement of my primary care physician, I ordered a couple of OMRON branded monitors.Right away, I noticed the readings were more accurate and stable.I tested it at the Dr's office as well, and confirmed good readings. I trust the Omron readers that I use now.I also like the Omron app, as it automatically saves BP reading history, and is easy to scroll through and look at charts. I can easily pull this up to review at appointments with my PCP.The cuff is also a huge plus, way more comfortable than cheap-o meters, and comes with a nice storage case.Definitely worth spending the extra money, as the value is there to make sure you get accurate readings. Having a BP monitor that gives out inaccurate readings is pointless, so don't be like me and just grab an Omron meter of your choice, and spend the extra money for your health.

Easy to use, I need a very large cuff and this one works perfectly.

I am not sure why some people say this does not read accurately. I tested this on 3 different people. It read very similar to what their other BP meters read and what the Doctor gets on them. The key is getting the cuff correctly on the arm and making sure the band is tight enough on the person.This is a great product and is at a reasonable price!

I mainly bought this for my son because one of his doctor assistants ask me to get one. They are changing his heart medicine, due to a rare disease he has he has to take heart medicine at 17. They need me to make sure with the dose going up that his blood pressure doesnt drop too low.I first tested it out on me. I have tried it 3x different times of the day and it worked fine. I tried it twice with him. One time when he was sitting on his own and his arm was bent in his lap then another while he was sitting at a table, hoping his arm being out straight compared to bent would help, but no luck. Same error of E4 on the 2nd number. He weighs 120. I am hoping to try it a few more times in hopes we can figure it out and will change review if we find a solution. I put it on him same as how I put it on me, but for some reason it refuses to work.I could of sworn a remember reading a review stating it was not ideal for someone who is very petite. But not sure if it was this one or another one. Wouldnt think the size of this would be an issue since it looks smaller than the ones, length wise, that the hospital uses around his arm when we go in for appointments.
