I’ve tried many pillows since I began using a CPAP. This is by far the best one!! I am very particular about my pillows as a side sleeper. I’ve tried many, many “normal” pillows before I had to use a CPAP. This is the best CPAP pillow I’ve used and I have tried several!! It’s very comfortable (much more soft than other CPAP pillows) but’s its not too soft. As a great bonus, it has helped my lower back issues. I used to wake up with a lot of lower back pain and range of motion.This CPAP pillow is soft yet supportive - not mushy at all - and it quickly returns to its original shape after use. It works very well for both side and back sleeping. It doesn't interfere with my full face CPAP mask when laying on my side.. I initially triedthe firm insert as a side sleeper as I thought that would be best but switch to the soft insert and was surprised by the difference it made. I even requested the additional insert and received it pretty quickly and with no problems and enjoy the additional thickness.The pillowcase feels smooth and pleasant to the touch, and the overall build quality feels solid. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to CPAP users looking for a comfortable, well-designed pillow.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was skeptical ordering this pillow because I had been using my soft pillows both in the back and side positions, often with unhappy results but they apparently were not staying in shape. I have been very happy with the Elviro's pillow. I am able to sleep on my back without neck pain but have been advised to sleep on my side and with the proper shape of the Elviro's pillow I I'm sleeping better, waking up with fewer problems and my initial AHI of 55 is on its way down, from 31 to 25 and is currently after 3 weeks between 9 and 13. The cover is zipped and easy to remove, wash on gentle, dry on low. Repacking the pillow will take some practice but they have added two extra foam lifts for comfort which you might or might not need. I'm very happy with this pillow.

It works very well for both side and back sleeping (I didn’t try stomach sleeping since I use a CPAP machine).The pillowcase feels smooth and pleasant to the touch, and the overall build quality feels solid. Delivery was also much faster than expected, which was a nice surprise.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I personally would prefer a slightly higher loft. Aside from that, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to CPAP users looking for a comfortable, well-designed pillow.

I’m super happy with the product. When I first received it, I was debating about returning it because I didn’t think it’ll work, but it does its job as intended. I’m 27F and for a long time have been dealing with upper back pain. I didn’t know how much a pillow can affect my back, but after sleeping on this pillow for just 2 nights I noticed how much my quality life (and sleep) has improved. I no longer feel back pain, and if I knew all it took was finding the right pillow I wish I’ve looked into it years ago. So satisfied with this product, and how much it improved my life :)

I really wanted this to work, but I found it much too low and firm. The indentations are really nice for CPAP equipment, but I just never found a comfortable position for sleeping. The quality was good and it was definitely worth the price for anyone who can make it work.

I bought this pillow for multiple reasons. One, sleep apnea. Another reason was cervical spinal stenosis. I am always waking up in pain but not w this. My sister in law also bought one because it elevates her head / neck just enough. Very comfortable.

This pillow works! As a CPAP wearer I’m not the best sleeper. Last night was my first night on the new pillow and I slept like a log! I do hope it continues, if it doesn’t I’ll do a new review, but so far so good!

I really notice a difference with this pillow. Im a sleep apnea sufferer who has a cpap. Small sample size as ive only been using the pillow for about 2 weeks, but my number of occurrences have gone down. I did find my neck was a little sore after the first few nights but ive added the 2nd pad and have found it to be more comfortable. So far, so good!
