I normally take one to two tablespoons of apple cider (ACV) a day, depending on my diet for that particular day. You can do your own research, but let's just say that ACV contains a chock full of benefits for your health. I normally take ACV gummies when I'm away from home and is not practical for me to bring a bottle of liquid ACV. I've tried other ACV gummies, and these are pretty good in terms of taste. Unfortunately, it does contain sugar, and I wish they"d use a healthier sugar substitute such as monk fruit juice or allulose, especially since they are marketing this product as keto friendly. In terms of the ingredients, two gummies (the recommended amount to take daily) contain 2000 mg of ACV powder, which is equivalent to a little over one tablespoon of liquid ACV, a standard amount to take daily. It does contain a few other beneficial ingredients, but in very small amounts so I don't know if it really makes any difference to be honest. All in all, a pretty good product but a tad overpriced. I deducted one star for this and for the sugar.

I already take liquid ACV, but these gummies are perfect for when I'm in a rush, heading out and know I’ll be eating something super sweet. I found that chewing a couple of these quickly before heading out the door was convenient.My kids will not take liquid ACV, but they had no problem taking these gummies. I didn’t experience any issues with stickiness, and the texture and chew was fine.The price at around $45 a bottle, is a bit to steep for us.

At the time of review, they were priced at $90 for three bottles, with each bottle containing 30 servings. That breaks down to a dollar per serving, which I find too expensive to justify long term. I enjoyed using them while I had them, but I do not plan to reorder at this price.

I ate two before lunch and my stomach feels really good. I usually eat two meals a day and I will eat 2 gummies before each meal. I rate the Apple Cider Vinegar with Pomegranate, Beet Juice Powder, & B12 Keto Gummies by Fasttrack, Justified Laboratories, with a 5 star for quality and an easy way for me to get apple cider vinegar into my system.

I am not doing keto, but have been taking ACV for a while now, and these aren't too sweet but are on the sweeter side with only a hint of vinegar, so if that's what you're looking for, these are decent.The problem I have is when KETO is massive on the label and then if you read the nutrition, 5g of sugar a serving (10% of your daily!). Again, I'M NOT DOING KETO, but if you are, you need to watch and count carbs and sugar intake. These might not be enough on their own to push you out of ketosis, but they're certainly not helping things.

Not only are these so tasty, they also have ginger (which always is beneficial to add to your daily supplement), but it also claims to support weight loss, heart support, and good for hair, skin, and nails. Now I don't know if it does alllll that it claims, but so long as it as enough of the ACV I need with a great taste, I'm happy 😊
