I like that these melt under your tongue quickly, and have a good flavor. I believe that it has made a difference with my hair and nails because my hair is more healthy & strong, and my nails are growing and not splitting in layers they are now hard and strong.

I will start this review by saying I was NOT paid to do this review nor was I given this product to review. I bought it because I am in need of a biotin supplement do to my hair thinning after weight loss surgery.Biotin works but I have difficulty swallowing pills. I needed a chewable or something that dissolves but doesn't make be gag with its flavor. The Natrol Biotin 5000 mcg Fast Dissolve Tablets meet all the criteria and then some.#1 --- They are a great price. Compared to other brand of similar quality and criteria these are very affordable.#2 -- They deliver what they promise. The dissolve quickly. Not only that, they barely have any taste at all so they could be a chewable also (and I've done that with no problems). They are not chalky and have a nearly non-existent taste. For me, that's a plus.#3 -- I don't know why, perhaps the quality of biotin varies, but these work better than other biotin supplements. I noticed in the few weeks I've been using them that not only has my hair stopped thinning my hair is getting fuller in that area. My hair in general has become a bit thicker and split ends and dryness seem to be a thing of the past. My hair is very shiny and feels good to the touch. I use very little mousse, gel or spray in my hair. Even when I just towel dry it and brush it my hair looks pretty good.#4 -- My skin and nails have improved too. The skin on my hands has been getting that old, dry look to it. Since I started using the Natrol biotin (and I didn't get this result with other biotin supplements) my hands have started looking less wrinkly. My nails are going in nicely and rarely break anymore.I highly recommend this product. Consult your health care professional before using any supplement. This was approved by my nutritionist after I expressed concern that my hair was getting very dry and seemed to be thinning after surgery.

Been taking these for 16 days, got my nails done 2 days after buying these. They are working well on my nails. Can't really comment on the hair yet because i just took length pictures 2 days ago. I will come back with an update for hair because I bought these for hair growth specifically, but its nice to see my nails are growing rapidly. Previously I was using Naturemade hair skin and nails gummies for my hair and they work great! BUT I've recently shied away from eating just about gummie anything since its been bothering my teeth a bit. These dissolvable tablets are so easy to take and the flavor isnt bad. Does have a slightly chalky texture, but it doesn't bother me whatsoever. I find these to be the easiest thing to take in comparison to the gummies or pills that need to be swallowed
