These saline nasal mists work well. Clears out nasal cavity. Especially while having a head cold or congestion.

I used to use another brand of nasal cleaning saline. But I found this brand on Amazon and it works grea! Plus you get a larger amount for less money!

Great value. Effective, moisturizing, no taste. However, I dropped the can on the table, the tip popped off. You can put it back on, but it continues popping off almost every use. Very annoying, not so easy to use.

I have been buying my nose spray from a large box store. I thought it was the Best. However I was greatly impressed by the actually sprayer on Waterpulse. It sprays wide and high. Excellent for getting a good sinus clearing. I also got my husband to use it instead of tap water which isn’t safe.

For the money, it is less expensive, better nostril position and affective. They are nearly as good as any of the name brands I have tried. When you suffer from indoor and outdoor allergies , as well as a sensitivity to some cleaning chemicals. This gives me a quick rinse without to break out the NeilMed hydro pulse NEO, every time I need to rinse my sinus and nasal cavities.

Have bought this brand a couple times, as it is a good price compared to other brands. That said, the low price does come with a few concerning issues... First, the most recent bottle I purchased has a faint almost sour-brocolli smell to the solution. Every time I spray the solution into my nose, it smells off/sour, in a way none of the previous bottles did. This is a bit concerning, as there have been various other brands hit with recalls in the past for bacterial contaminations which have been noted to produce very similar smells. While I don't want to make any assumptions, this manufacturer (as noted by other reviewers and through my own experience) is not known to have the greatest QC for their product... Which leads me to relay the more consistent issue I and others have experienced with this product...The nozzle construction absolutely sucks. Almost every bottle I have bought, the nozzle completely breaks off within the first couple days of use. Because of the design, it is VERY difficult to push down the sprayer while trying to keep the previously broken-off nozzle aligned with the stem of the bottle.

This saline spray is as effective as other sprays like it, in a larger content size that is a great value for the price.

The bottle fell a short distance, and the nozzle shattered, there are shards of brittle sharp plastic everywhere. This rendered the product completely unusable, and made for a hazardous environment. Disappointed, congested, and still cleaning up. Never had this problem with other products of this type.

Da ich manchmal zu trockenen Schleimhäuten in der Nase habe, nutze ich ab und zu Meerwasser-Nasenspray um die Schleimhäute zu befeuchten.Eine derartige Variante in der „großen“ Spraydose hatte ich noch nie und war auf die Nutzung gespannt.Da im Waterpulse Saline Nasal Care keine schädlichen Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sind, kann man das Spray mehrfach täglich verwenden. Beim ersten Mal habe ich etwas zu sehr auf den Kopf gedrückt, denn beim Sprühstoß kam etwas zu viel heraus, sodass das überschüssige Salzwasser gleich den Rachen entlang lief. Überraschend ist, dass es in keiner Weise brennt oder eklig ist. Es schmeckt zwar salzig, aber lange nicht so aggressiv, wie eine richtige Nasendusche. Mal sehen, wie es bei einer Erkältung hilft.Gesagt, getan, der erste Herbstschnupfen ist da, die Nase geht langsam zu. Zeit, das Spray erneut zu testen.Normales Nasenspray sollte man nach der Anwendung „hochziehen“, damit es in die Nebenhöhlen gelangt.
