Got this as a gift for my 8 yr. Old grandson. The paper is difficult to figure out when trying to load it and the first prints were missing part of the picture as if no “ink” was on it but once it got warmed up a little he had a great time with it

I got a brown one and received a blue. It seems like a good product though. I have not tried it as it is a gift. Came with everything stated in the description.

It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s such a cute little gadget that I’m still giving it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because of how much joy it brings (and how surprisingly functional it is for a kids camera!).💾 The camera comes with a micro SD card, which is great! That means that every photo is saved digitally so that you can instantly reprint, upload to your computer, or even get them printed off online or at a local pharmacy. As a wedding photographer, my gear is definitely off-limits for my 5-year-old 😂 so this is the perfect alternative. It lets him have fun taking “real photos” without me worrying about anything expensive breaking!🖨️ The built-in printer is fun but by no means flawless. The paper sometimes gets jammed or doesn’t feed through correctly. I also had to look through the product listing photo's to confirm that I was loading the paper correctly Thankfully, since all the photos are stored, you can always reprint them later if you have a misprint. The camera only prints in black and white (which I knew before ordering), and honestly, neither me or my son are bothered by that.📷 The camera comes with a little booklet, markers, and stickers for saving favorite photos. It's a cute idea, though realistically, I give it about a week before it disappears into the trash can 😅🤭🥹 The strap it came with doesn’t really match the camera’s style and I couldn’t quite figure out how to attach it, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me either.🔋 The camera does get bonus points for being rechargeable with a USB-C cord (same as my phone. Love that!). The build feels decent, it’s easy enough for my 5-year-old to use, and the photos are actually pretty good for a kids’ inexpensive camera.🎞️ Overall, we're super happy with this little camera. It’s cute, creative, and feels totally worth the price. I think we’ll get a lot of fun moments out of this one!

Was working and now stuck on BLUE LIGHT. I thought to plug it up but now PINK light and isn’t powering on… battery was full. I’m confused

I’m gifting this to my 4 1/2 year old nephew for Christmas, so I can’t speak to all the details yet, but I will update after he opens and uses it. I know he’s going to be so excited.The packaging is a bit odd, since it shows options for a unicorn or panda design on the side of the box, and what looks like space in the plastic shell/holder for those animals, but neither of those were an option in the product listing, only brown or blue. I chose brown. I wish there had been cuter designs when I bought it, I think the look of the animal designs would be more attractive to younger kids.It’s a great size for smaller hands and lightweight enough for them too. I’m not sure where to get more paper or how much it cost, that’s always a concern for me with these type of devices and it’s why I never used Polaroid myself, once you have to buy more photo paper, it costs too much for the quality of the camera and print.

You can take photos make videos, listen to music, there are fun frames that you can pick to make your photos more fun .Our grandchildren have really enjoyed using the instant camera and have made some fun photos and videos, although it only prints black and white the pictures and videos that are stored on the memory card are in colour.Great gift idea

This camera really went above and beyond my expectations. I was a little hesitant on ordering this because I wasn’t really even sure if my daughter would like it or not however, it is so much fun. It comes with a lot of extras: a 32 GB SD card, some markers, some stickers, a little photo album, extra paper refills, a charging cable, a neck strap, and a USB adaptor so that you can insert the SD card and upload pictures onto your computer. The functionality of the camera is a little bit complicated just because the buttons are a little difficult to get used to manoeuvring so it might be a little difficult for kids to figure it out. (My daughter just likes to button bash them lol) You’re able to take pictures and videos which save onto the sd card that you can upload later, and if you don’t use the card I believe it saves roughly 32 pictures before it starts overwriting itself. The camera comes preset so that every time you take a picture it prints, however you can turn that feature off. I believe all we had to do was press and hold the print button and then when you view the pic later you can just press the print button and then will print. I prefer using it that way just cause my daughter takes many photos at once. In the menu there is some music category. I’m not really sure what that is as it’s blank so I think you can upload music onto the SD card and then play it through the camera? There’s also games that you can play. There’s a snake game and two other games as well. When you get it, I suggest to switch over to dot mode rather than grey mode for printing, because the dot mode is way better. Lots of people in reviews claiming that the printing is bad, however, for a camera marketed for kids that’s under $25 to have all of these features and be able to print pictures as well is really amazing! It’s a good price, I am not disappointed at all by the camera or by the picture quality, I think it’s durable, meant for kids and it is so much fun for what it is! It also comes with many extras! The fact it comes with an SD card alone is impressive!Overall, I’m very impressed and my daughter loves it!

It is also fairly safety-conscious, given that the cutting 'teeth' for the paper roll are not too easily accessible. The retro style makes it quirky and unique.The setup doesn't take too long, since the menu is very intuitive and user-friendly. For the more advanced user, some additional camera quality settings can be experimented with, though, if I'm honest, I didn't feel they made much difference to print quality.While pictures printed out quickly, the quality was a little gappy compared with similar products I have tried.When the photo-taking fun is over, there are also a few games to play. These are mildly challenging and varied, sure to keep little ones occupied.Battery life is good, while recharging is convenient using a USB-C cable.In summary, a good value item.

This little instaprint camera is a really nice gadget! We got this for our 4 year old for Christmas and it's a huge hit. It's super easy to use, and I do have one piece of advice to offer to help save you from blurry pictures - once you take the picture, don't move until the countdown to print starts (takes about 3 seconds, then the countdown lasts 3 seconds too, but only stay still until the countdown begins). The picture that prints isn't taken at the sound nor what shows on the screen before the countdown, it's taken immdiately before the coundown for printing (like a fraction of a second before). Once we figured this out, we've been able to take really nice pictures. Now keep in mind this is thermal paper printing so the quality is what it is, but absolutely still pretty clear and nice. Oh, another tip - if you take pictures that you do not want to print (espcially as kiddo learns how to frame their shots), printing can be canceled during the countdown with a quick press on the start button.In the menu, there's an option for music, but the camera doesn't come preloaded with any songs, they have to be uploaded onto the memory card. I haven't tried this. It also has an icon for games but I can't figure out how to open them - I can flip through what should be the 3 or 4 games but can't open them. That isn't the point of a camera though so I'm not docking stars for this. Overall, very cool camera for kids that prints instantly, it comes with 3 rolls of thermal paper, of which one makes stickers.
