If you haven't heard or tried this product yet, let me tell you. It is actually a brilliant gel cleanser. My poor face got a little sunburnt yesterday so I've been careful with applying makeup & skincare lightly. This cleanser felt so nice & refreshing on my face and helped calm it down alot. has no artificial colors, no parabens or sulfates. It does contain fermented pear and salicylic acids which has amazing benefits for your skin. The only con for me which is not a big deal, but I wish it foamed more. but this does a tremendous job on cleaning your skin without stripping it or feeling dried out after. So overall I'm pretty happy with it. I love the glass jar too.

This is my favorite cleanser! I use it with an oil cleanser first and then go in with this one. My skin feels so soft and clean afterwards. Even when I don’t use the oil cleanser first and only use this my skin feels amazing after. I can like see the difference before and after I use this. It smells nice and I liked that it’s not super sudsy as well. I would highly recommend!

Lately, I’ve been learning more about fermented products in skincare and as I’ve tried them, I’ve found that they seem to work really well for my skin. I recently bought for myself FACETORY’s Urban Calm Soft Essence and loved it so much! It really helped my skin a lot and was an essence that didn’t feel too heavy or leave my sensitive, but breakout-prone, skin feeling greasy. As such, I was offered a chance to try their Gel Facial Cleanser! I can honestly say that I love this product even more than the essence! It cleanses my face without drying it or it has also gotten rid of the redness that I had been struggling with for a while. It won’t be for every one perhaps as it’s not a heavy foaming cleanser etc so maybe for those with really oily skin etc it wouldn’t be the best? I don’t know. I guess you would have to try it and and see, but maybe that’s just my misunderstanding that foaming products are better for oiky skin and it really is the products that are important. I just know that this works so well for my skin which is sensitive and does and have oily T-spot but tends to be dry overall. It also has redness which has been evened out so much with this product. It’s been great and I will keep on using it for sure!

I love this face wash. It preps my skin for the next step in my routine without drying my skin! I have sensitive skin and this feels amazing and natural which it is. Natural pear fermentation and LHA !

I’ve tried many different cleansers but, this gel cleanser is by far my favorite! I have been using this every night for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it!Here are my reasons:•everything about it is recycle-able (the cap, the bottle, the straw)•the fermented pear leaves your skin hydrated! I have used so many cleansers that completely strip away any hydration I have in my skin. Then I’m left with dry skin and breakouts. My skin feels so smooth after using it. 😍• It’s great for all skin types and is a perfect starting point if you are wanting to up your skincare routine!

I’ve been using it for the past 40 days and it definitely gives my skin the calming cleanse that it needs. It’s light weight so it’s not a heavy lather. I do prefer to use it during my morning skincare routine as it gives my skin a quick pick me up and I generally don’t need a deep cleanse in the morning so it’s great as it doesn’t strip the skin or leave you with a dry harsh feeling that you get with some cleansers. I have dry sensitive skin so the fermented pear is great for me since helps fight dehydration

I'm 54 years old and going through menopause. This time in my life brings tons of surprises, including hormonal breakouts on top of my wrinkles! I thought I was done with pesky pimples, but apparently not. Luckily I found this Urban Calm Purifying Gel Facial Cleanser. This stuff is the best at clearing my breakouts without drying my skin. Smells fresh and clean and lathers wonderfully, this cleanser actually gives a nice spa-like experience when I use it.

This cleanser does zero for me sadly but I dont want that to deter others with the skin type it works for because darn it such a gentle quality formula I wanted to work for me so much. I love fermented tea or fruit cleansers as they have so many beneficial ingredients for your skin as opposed to being full of chemicals like most mainstream brands and a do nothing cleanser that just washes down the drain. Love Kbeauty brands which is what pretty much all my skincare now consists of per the far superior formulations and being gentle without all the chemicals, fillers, perfumes, and ridicilous price point for brand status only as most US brands. On top of the quality this cleanser has a gorgeous easy to travel with glass packaging and the absolute best part and bonus is the delicious to die for pear scent from the ingredients not artifical bs fragrance. My only problem is I have combo but very blemish/congestion prone skin. So while moisture wise it feels like a hydrating dream, even for a light morning wash on clean skin it doesnt feel cleansing at all. I uae very gentle low foaming gel cleansers so I don't expect a stripped skin tight feeling but a cleanser needs to deep clean enough to leave my stubborn pores feeling clean as many understand. With the mild exfoliant it has I hoped it would do that but it doesn't. While it doesnt break me out the rest of my skincare somewhat ends up sitting on my face feeling overly moisturized leading to congestion as opposed to sinking in when I am using a cleanser that cleans better. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with oily and blemish prone skin per that but strictly normal to dry skin types that are not prone to congestion at all or just keeping around if your skin is every irritated or dehydrated when you need a beyond gentle moisturizing balancing cleanser while healing. It is much pricer than similar hydrating washes like Cerave or La Roche but if in your budget and the skin type it's meant for I would recommend it highly and bummed it didnt work out for me per the scent alone. Wish the brand would just have a more gel even slightly foaming version of this wash because it foams in no way contrary to claims no matter how many pumps or water you add. Simply acts like a gentle lotion type wash and how it feels when moving it around even though the consistency is a gel cream. Best! 🖤
