I bought this pillow because I was having issues with my previous one, especially with neck and shoulder pain. After switching to this, I noticed a big improvement. The contour design really helps support my neck and keeps everything aligned, which made a noticeable difference in how I feel in the morning.I also really like the quality of the memory foam—it feels supportive without being too hard and holds its shape well. Love that it’s easy to remove the case to wash. Another big plus is that I’ve stopped waking up as often during the night, so my overall sleep has improved.That said, it did take me some time to get used to it. The shape felt a bit unusual at first, and it took about two weeks before it started to feel natural.Overall, once I adjusted, it’s been a great pillow and has definitely helped with my pain and sleep quality.

this pillow is my favorite and I wish I could take it with me on vacation. I do take it though when traveling by car. It is comfortable and supports my neck so well. Good quality and comfortable.

I really like this pillow. I used it after a neck and upper back injury. I was waking up with it hurting worse until I got this. The shape takes some getting used to, but once you do it’s great. It made it so that my neck wasn’t tilting downwards or upwards, it just sit straight and in a comfortable position. I haven’t had issues with extra soreness in the mornings and a year later am still using it to make sure I don’t re-aggravate my injury.

I find this pillow extremely helpful for my painful neck with a pinched nerve. It supports my neck and cradles my head. I had to get used to sleeping in a different position but now I can use it for sleeping on my back or either side easily. Love the memory foam. A standard pillowcase fits it fine.

UPDATE: An additional 30+ days have passed since my initial review. I'm changing from a 4 star to a 3 star for the following: the memory foam has flattened out and no longer provides the shape and support as new. I, also, don't like that the manufacturer mailed a form for me to fill out to get an Amazon credit for providing a review. Personally, I don't really trust reviews that have been "bought.". Just something to keep in mind when reading any incentivized review. I will say, it was possible to get this pillow for "free" when I purchased, so you could potentially get your money back, but BOTTOM LINE - I would not recommend this pillow based solely on performance and durability.I have given this pillow a solid 30 days before writing this review. It seems well made and did not have the typical memory foam smell. It took me about a week to get used to the change from a standard pillow to the memory foam. This pillow does alleviate arthritic stiffness and tech neck strain, but if I my head alignment is off (when laying on my back) just the slightest bit my arms do fall asleep and it will actually contribute more pain so extra attention to how you settle into it is required. However, I find that sleeping on my side with this pillow is amazingly comfortable. The raised edges on the side of the pillow support the space between my shoulders and neck, offering a tremendous amount of relief. I have tried other similar pillows in the past but this one seems to be the best, so far. I do think the shape of the pillow could be improved - the profile of the neck support is too steep and perhaps should be dual sided, meaning a lower profile offered on the opposite side (I have found this design with other pillows, but the foam was of lower quality and had the classic foam smell). This feature could help with people learning to use a foam pillow, too - start small and gradually increase the profile as you become acclimated to the posture correction. For now, this pillow is a keeper and I would recommend it, but it's not the game changer for me that other reviewers have expressed. I'm still looking for "the one."

I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider - the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer).I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases.Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.
