Incredible printer with amazingly fast speeds and high quality print jobs. Works decently well at 600mms but is a lot better at 200mms. The chicken and tiny benchy was printed at 200mms with 28min and 7 min respectively The large benchy was printed at 600mms and took 12 min to print. It took about 15 min to assemble and about 20 min for it to self check and calibrate. So I have printed 5 things and the noise is very low with slow print speeds and I have not had the nozzle clog or get stuck. The automatic bed leveling is perfect and the free creality slicer is easy to learn to use and is very adaptable for your needs.

After almost a 200 prints and running everyday, I have had zero failed prints. With the new print surface, I have not had an issue with bed adhesion or release of item. I have not had to clean the bed yet, all I do is use a micro fiber cloth to wipe it down after every print. The 15 minute assembly time is great and the loading of the filament could not be any easer. The hardened nozzle was a nice touch to include so printing in PLA-CF was not an issue at all. I will be buying a second one very soon, maybe an enclosed one next.Update:I initially has an issue finding some spare parts for the printer. The seller reached out and provided me with the parts I needed. Great service and EXECELLENT follow up. I will be buying from this company again.

Where do I even begin. Welcome to my personal darnation. So I am going to run you through my customer service experience with Comgrow.First off, you should buy an Ender 3-V3. The printer is a beast! If you need a simple, reliable and quick to go printer for mono-color printing, buy this printer. DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS RESELLER.I bought this at the end of April, 2024. Got here, got it setup and went right to work. It was a champ. Three weeks in the printer started throwing errors over and over.I reached out to Comgrow and they demanded I let them help but would not return the product. Tried to return it with Amazon but Comgrow only uses them to sell through so they wouldn't help.I have exchanged at least 3 dozen emails with a "Nicole" who is in China because Comgrow is based out of China. So I live on the east coast of the United States of America. I can only get emails from them between essentially 1 am and 5 am. Fun fact, I am sleeping during those hours like a normal human being.They have sent me several parts to fix my issue, all parts that I told them won't fix it. Fun fact, not a single part has fixed the problem. I have a frayed wire that leads into the extruder system that is not working.At random angles the wire will lose power and the extruder will power off for a split second and then come back on and it will throw an error.I have explained this countless times to "Nicole" and every time I get a part that is not the part I need. I am not four months into this headache. FOUR MONTHS.I have bought a Bambu A1 because I became so sick of Creality because Comgrow is arguably the worst customer service experience I have ever had.I cannot get my money back, I cannot get a replacement unit, I cannot get a customer service person to talk to me to listen to me, I cannot get a part that I actually need and I cannot get any help.I am desperate and tired of this garbage reseller. It's a shame really. Great printer, seriously buy one from anyone else, do not, unless you are a masochist, buy from Comgrow.

Had a blast playing with this. Its build plate isnt exactly enormous but breaking big projects down to manageable sizes was pretty easy. Putting it together when it arrived was also pretty easy but there's a few things I had to use youtube for. I also highly recommend using the hyperPLA that reality says to use. It helps the print quality.

Clogged the first time I used it. But they get 5 stars. Thier service is top tier! If u have problem they have solution.

Literally 6 screws, connect 3 wires and you ready to go. I recommend this printer to a beginner. its fast and quite.

Not bad quality. The moving plate is not such a good design feature. It’s too fast and prints fall off the plate due to inertia.Better to have a traditional x&y axis gantry.

Update: I decided to actually reduce my review after receiving a complaint from Amazon because a merchant complained I sent back an item not in it's original condition. Considering I only sent back these printers I think I know who it was. It's not my fault your printer didn't work and pretty much exploded with multiple blobs of death. I tried cleaning them the best I could, but this is them just retaliating, Instead of offering a replacement or discount like a normal merchant. I was actually thinking about giving them another chance, but stay away from them. I even offered to try to work it out if they would extend the warranty in writing which they also wouldn't do m Support a better company.I had both a KE and the newer V3 XZ. The KE came with a bent back plate and this ended up causing major issues so I returned it. The V3 seemed to improve on all the original areas of weakness and I wanted to love it. The build quality was much higher, however again, I just had major issues with all around. The printer kept stringing, Knocking models off the plate, uneven first layers, and other issues. I think the main problem was inconsistency with controlling the nozzle location. It was always too low on the first layer, but then if I adjusted the z-offset, it still has issues. Comgrow was pretty good with support and I wanted to give them another try, but for over $400 and it couldn't even finish printing the calibration file it came with. If it was consistently off the settings of the slicer could have fixed my issues, but since it's was consistently inconsistent, this made it impossible. Maybe I was just unlucky. Also, be careful with the loose filament they give you as it can knot up if you're not careful since it's not on a spool. There was also potentially an issue with the nozzle housing power cord and filament getting tangled. When the printer would calibrate it would let out a lot of filament, but when it went back down the filament wouldn't re-spool and cause a big loop. Since the power cord followed the same path it would constantly get stuck in the spooler and the two without rub against each other potentially causing a similar knot with a worse outcome. If everything worked it could have been amazing. Unfortunately it just didn't.

A montagem, para quem nunca montou uma, devido às informações divergentes do manual(que é muito pobre e mal explicado) com as informações obtidas virtualmente pelos QR code fornecidos no manual (o video explicativo é confuso, como o manual e omite muita coisa e se for seguir ao pé da letra sem observar a lógica no funcionamento, tanto manual quanto video, te deixam na mão e impressora não funcionará.O funcionamento é perfeito, desde a instalação(que requer atualização do firmware pra conexão via Wi Fi), passando pelo alinhamento e calibragem que são feitos automaticamente até a primeira tentativa de impressão, tudo funciona da melhor forma possível.Comparado com relatos de sites especializados, já que essa é nossa primeira impressora 3D, e os parâmetros que são fornecidos em arquivos de impressão de impressoras similares como a Ender 3 KE ou SE, a Ender -3 V3 é MUITO rápida. E em comparação a recursos que vê-se vez por outra reclamações desses outros modelos citados, a Ender -3 V3 tira tudo de letra.Enfim, não é um modelo de entrada, visto que há outros modelos mais simples e mais baratos, mas a Ender -3 V3 supre perfeitamente aquilo que um iniciante necessita para começar no mundo da impressão. É fantástico ver tudo o que ela consegue fazer e com aprimoramento em cursos e aprendizado em aplicativos e programas voltados à modelagem e a evolução do que você consegue imprimir.Quanto à entrega do produto, Nota 10 com louvor. A máquina foi entregue em 12 horas estando às 08:00 da manhã pronta pra o uso. Parabéns à toda rede de logística da Amazon, tudo simplesmente perfeito, desde o pagamento por um valor super justo e a entrega veloz, sem comparação.

Built everything could print but it stuck to the nozzle everything else was fine but just the printing

This printer was my lost attempt to give Creality a chance, coming from a very problematic Ender 3. New design but same issues. The printer started developing levelling issues, just before it decided to not want to level a portion of the bed at all. Besides that it became super noisy even after lubricating, and overall just not worth its price tag. Spend the extra and get a Bambu lab A1.
