This was a total game changer during my C-section recovery. I started using it as soon as I got home and honestly wish I had taken it with me to the hospital. The heat pack was incredibly soothing, the gentle compression made me feel more secure when moving around, and the padding protected my incision from little feet and enthusiastic toddler hugs. It’s very easy to put on with a simple buckle, fits well, and feels truly size-inclusive—I’m a plus-size woman and had no issues wearing it comfortably. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone recovering from a C-section.

I did not have a C-section or a baby. I had a total hysterectomy needed some support while walking around because I was in pain and it worked really good. It was soft and you can just tightness on it.

I used this a lot postpartum. The hot/cold packs were easy to remove and install. Support was nice and it really did help with pain post c-section

After my C-Section, I felt like I needed additional support while I was healing in order to be able to do basic light-duty things around the house without extra pain (especially back pain, since it felt like my back muscles were trying to compensate for a weaker abdomen). This made picking up the baby, getting up wash bottles, and shuffling around the house doable and helped empower me to (slowly, gently) get back to day-to-day life again. The fact that I could put the cold packs on the front or back (or both!) was great when I needed some extra TLC. Since this was a helpful product for me, I sent one to my sister-in-law as soon as I heard she was having an unexpected C-section after a difficult induction. If I have another baby, I'll definitely get another. The only reason that this isn't five stars is that I wish it had been a little bit bigger to cover a larger area.

This was my fist c-section and I didn’t know what to expect. I stocked up on stuff that might help since I was nervous about the operation. My incision was really sore, and I tried my best to protect it since I have a toddler who loves to crawl all over me. This band helped a bit. Unfortunately though, the band rides up a lot when sitting or laying down, so it not longer covers my incision. The ice packs get super cold, but once they’re inside the fabric pocket the cold doesn’t come through enough for me (some people might think it gets cold enough. I like the ice pack to be cold enough that it’ll numb my skin, lol). The ice pack doesn’t feel good without the fabric barrier because it moves around a lot which hurts my incision.I think the band is comfy and provides some good support. It just moves out of place pretty easy, and I wish I could feel the cold more through the fabric.I honestly would have returned this if I could have because I barely used it postpartum, but I threw the packaging away before I realized I wasn’t actually going to use the product. Whoops!

This is an awesome product! So helpful with the inflammation and has been helping in my recovery soo much.

I wish I had bought this sooner after my c-section! I love that it had the front and back pouch for the heat/ice packs. I’m about a size 12-14 and it fits well with me being able to pull it tighter for some compression. I have no doubt that I’ll continue using this well after I’ve healed for back pain, cramps, etc.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The band is not supportive enough to do any good. It’s uncomfortable and you can’t get it very tight. Additionally, the ice packs do not get cold enough to penetrate through the pocket fabric.You’d be better off using an old school ice pack and duct tape. Do not recommend

I just had a c-section a week ago. My doctor had told me that I will get a belly binder for my wound from the hospital. Still I had ordered this one as a back up. And I am so glad I did! The standard belly binder would keep folding and the material was very itchy.With this belt I felt fully secured, and it supports my wound very well. It also has a back support which feels good too. Highly recommend this belt if you are planning a c-section! Without feeling restricted you will feel better!

Tenía demasiado dolor y ardor especialmente en toda esa área después de cirugía y me sirvió muchísimo especialmente para desinflamar el área y súper cómoda , los resortes no aprietan feo ni se enrolla la calidad es muy buena !
