If you have difficulty with your hands you will need help assembling this. Its not particularly hard, and in fact the knobbed screws are very clever and accessible. But it does take a bit of strength behind them, which can be painful if you have joint issues in your hands. It comes in just a few pieces and is as easy as it probably can be to put together. Be sure those screws are in tight, and tighten them regularly or with any cross bar design your going to risk it breaking while your sitting on it. Thats not a product flaw, thats just how these work. Its pretty easy to adjust, with standard push-in buttons to do so. Its easy to clean, and after a few weeks no rusting has been seen. I am 5'4 and 230 pounds, and its comfortable, and steady when sitting. That said the plastic feels a bit cheap around the screws, so i am very skeptical of how long it will hold up. But for the price, it is 100% worth it for the chair. I did not take into account the lofa's when making my review, but they are fine. The only thing to note is the bright orange coloring does bleed a bit if you don't try and dry it off a bit after use.

This thing was my rock after my tummy tuck!! Showering sucked, standing sucked, being alive sucked for a while after. But this shower chair, it did not suck. It held my chubby self steady in the shower, was easy to clean, useful for dressing changes, and when I got a little better, it was perfect to set my stuff on so I didn’t have to reach far in the shower. I use it now for my toddler to stand on at the sink. It’s lightweight, easy to move, sturdy, and comfy to sit on. Would buy again!

Good quality and big plus, sooo easy to assemble!! Love the 2 scrubbers that come with it also. And it fits my tub perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

We have a large walk-in shower that doesn't have a bench built into it. So I needed something like this - at this point in my life - mainly for shaving my legs. I have it adjusted lower than I would if I was going to use it to sit on while showering. That's why the adjustable height feature is important. It seems fairly sturdy. Maybe not super heavy duty, but acceptable. Easy to assemble. It's your basic, ugly, hospital-looking shower seat that does what it needs to do. (Why can't they at least offer them with seats in stylish colors?) I opted out of a teak or bamboo stool, because they end up being expensive throwaways due to eventual mold issues.

This is very sturdy plus you can adjust the height.

Despite what others have said, we found this shower chair to be well-made and the perfect size for our small shower. We had no problems with assembly, and it's easy to set the height. The bonus back scubber and loofah are well-made and handy to have around. Overall, great experience.

This "Shower Chair" is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered, THANK YOU, Doctor, VERY MUCH. For Reference, I weigh 95 bs and I am 5'4". In either case, I have a small bathroom, anyhow. BUT this fit in my tub, just perfectly.I feel much MORE secure now. I also added a waterproof pillow. If that proves too clumsy, I have some hand towels that are the perfect size, for the seat. The price is very, VERY reasonable. The seat is also EXTREMELY sturdy & durable and VERY STABLE..I had my 23 yr old grandson, who is Six Feet & weighs 215, try it out, LITERALLY. So, he got his swimsuit on & tried out the bath chair. I ABSOLUTELY could & would NOT recommend it, otherwise, UNTIL he did. So, I ABSOLUTELY recommend this bath chair, VERY HIGHLY !! I also ordered some shower shelves in Pink, (Yes, even at 75, I am STILL a Girly-Girl, LOL) & my grandson arranged the five pink shelves, in relation as if I were sitting in the bath chair. That way, there is less danger of tripping or falling in the shower. Again, I HIGHLY recommend this bath chair. P.S. I forgot to add, they also sent a FREE back-scrubber and an extra sponge. VERY thoughtful of them.

Sturdy. Served our purposes well after my husband’s ankle repair surgery so he could take a shower by himself when he couldn’t stand.

I broke my ankel and I needed a shower stool for a couple of months to sit on as I couldn't barecweight on my foot. I love it so much that I still keep it in our walk in shower 5 months later, for shaving my legs. It's super sturdy and has rubber feet so it does not slide around at all. I weigh around 150 lbs and it easily carries my weight. They legs are extendable and were easy to adjust so that I could dangle my ankle and not have to put any weight on my foot at all. It is comfortable to sit on in the shower. No pinching, or sharp edges. It came with a free back scrubber as a bonus gift. I still really enjoy it, especially when dealing with a broken ankle, and not being able to stand and move around. Youbfeel very safe using it.It's price point was reasonable. It arrived quickly, which was important when I was newly injured. I highly recommend this product!
