I've been out of the exercise world for over 4 years now and I believe that for a lot of us out there getting into or getting back into exercising can be a challenge especially without motivation. I decided to try this product and the accessories it came with and right away I was feeling the areas where the muscles were being used. After the first 4 days of using it, this twister arm trainer got me back into working out. After 11 days I started adding pushups and sit-ups to the routine because the motivation came back. I've been using it now for a month and it has held up well. Some of the draw backs for this arm trainer is that if you have long arms like I do, it will be hard for you to get a decent curl but you will be able to get use out of it with other movements. You also have to position your arms correctly before each movement to prevent elbow strain. Even with correct positioning elbow strain might not be avoidable but this problem does not happen to everyone and you won't know what affects you until you use it.

The arm trainer is way to hard to do, I tried many ways and it was far too hard to squeeze. Kept wondering if I put it together wrong, but did exactly as instructions said. The hand trainers are decent, good for hand exercises since my hands have been so sore.

I recently moved and my workout equipment is still boxed up. So i opted to try this arm excercise equipment for now. Its much harder than i anticipated and i regularyl lift weights. It gives a good workout and seeing minor results so far. Its been a good temporary replacment till i can get my bench set back up. Feel the burn!

I purchased this as a person new to weight loss and working out in hopes of toning and getting some muscle. I don't know if I will be strong enough to use it yet as it appears to have a lot of resistance which I'm sure is needed. I'm excited to use it and see how it helps with my muscle tone. There are cheaper versions on the market but this one seems solid and comes with so many extra attachments that it's worth the price. A solid piece of portable workout equipment!

Trainers like this have been around for decades and I was always skeptical about them. They always seem to do worse job than free weights and usually end up in a closet or a donation bin. But there was an exercise on the product image that got me curious and I decided to try it.It worked like a charm! The exercise I'm talking about is hip adduction. It can only be trained on exorbitantly expensive specialized machines or with feminine looking trainers that hardly have 30lb of resistance. That's how thousands of males end up with underdeveloped hip adductors which may have tons of downstream effects, from weaker squat, to hip pain after running, to prostate issues. But this trainer solves this for a really low price. And it works well. I exercised my adductors a few times this week and had no hip pain after my run!Another nice feature of this trainer is the ability to work lats without having to rely on grip strength and without engaging biceps. Both pullups and lat pulldowns may fatigue your arms before they sufficiently load your lats. But this trainer lets you isolate the lats.So the quality of this trainer doesn't seem to be on par with the commercial gym equipment, the additional items are a nice touch but may not be super useful, especially for intermediate athletes, but it is great for training adductors and lats and for that alone it has a place in your home gym.

The twister arm trainer is very solid, more than similar arm exercisers I have tried.Unfortunately, it does not seem well calibrated. With the pins in the lowest resistance position, it is still much more than 60 lbs. This can make it difficult for a person who has not already built up their strength to even get started.On the other hand, the little hand grip exercisers are plastic and feel flimsy.I do not recommend this product.
