Very easy set up and use, it’s fast and reliable being connected to your internet.

Perfect plug n play. Great coverage. Mines is plugged into a wall outlet exactly 33ft from the wifi router. And the signal has to travel through 2 bedrooms to reach mineZero issues, full wifi signal! Im surprised, but honestly it should only be 20 feet away from the router. Im just stretching the distance because its been working at that distance.

Installed in a small house. Laptop was getting about 100 mbps on a 1 gig fiber wifi system. Older tower system was getting only about 15 to 20 mbps on that same 1 gig wifi system.Installed this extender hoping for better, and to avoid having to run a new cable from modem to the room where computers set up.Easy to set up using the tether application... WPS didn't want to cooperate, but IMO the tether app is a better way to set up. Once set up, easy to connect computers. The laptop is now between 600 mbps to 700 mbps on that fiber connection. The tower system is older and is limited by the wifi radio installed, and that went to about 50 mbps. Too slow..... BUT I was able to use the ethernet port on the extender to the tower, and that has me at over 650 mbps to 700 mbps, and avoids the limits of the wifi radio. It is a good work around at this time until I upgrade the tower wifi.For the purchase price, ease of set up and good results, am very happy with the purchase and happy to give 5 stars.

I have two network-attached storage devices I use for backup and storage of large files and folders. Neither device connects to WiFi, so a hard Ethernet connection is required. I tried running the connection through my computer. However, the computer often cannot find the device. The manuals recommend attaching the devices directly to a router. I was informed that I could not have either device in the living room taking up space.I have an Eero 7 Pro WiFi mesh router that can connect to any WiFi device, including extenders. The issue is that the slowest component handling WiFi traffic dictates the speed of the entire system. I bought this range extender in the hopes that it would connect to the Eero seamlessly and without loss of performance. It did, and I can now connect to the NAS devices from any computer or tablet.

I had to reset it because it wouldn't let me create a password to get it setup. Once that was done, the setup was completed and it works. I used an online connection app to check the wifi speed and wow, night and day. It was above 200 vs 80 before connecting the extender. I had a PC in a back room that wouldn't work well when trying to view videos on Youtube, Netflix, etc. It works now.

I'm so glad I purchased the TP-Link BE3200 Wi-Fi 7 Range Extender. Prior to this, I was experiencing latency issues with gaming and streaming in my 1601 square foot, two-story condo. The router is located downstairs, which made it difficult to maintain a stable connection throughout the house.The setup process was easy and straightforward, and the build quality of the extender itself is solid. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the software worked, and I had no issues with connectivity or signal strength after installation.In short, this range extender has been a game-changer for my home network. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to boost their Wi-Fi signal in a larger space.

This unit is fine for up to a 2400 square foot single story home but if you have a detached garage, the signal disconnects frequently. If I had a smaller home with an attached garage, this would work fine. It still is a good product.

The TP-Link BE6300 wifi extender works great. Boosting wifi by 12 X compared to regular download and upload speeds! Cell APP was easy to setup. Extender automatically creates two new network names by adding _EXT which is required for amy device using it.

I have used a fair few signal repeaters over the years and also have used old routers as repeaters. Recently I was lucky enough to get fibre to the premises broadband from a small supplier. This in theory gives be 300MBS upload and download. However it soon became apparent that the router supplied had pretty poor wi-fi capabilities and the signal was rather weak in the lounge. I decided to try one of these range extenders,It suits my purpose perfectly. Very easy to set up and I cant see anyone having a problem. WPS pairing worked but I then changed the SSID to match the rest of the network which worked well as roaming devices tend to pair to the strongest signal. The advice with this extender was to place it halfway between the router and the problem area. This is logical enough but I was able to place the device behind the TV in the lounge (blue light on the device shows this placement is fine) which meant I could use the ethernet socket for my PVR. This all works perfectly. Unlike previous extenders I have used this one is very stable and I have not had to reboot the device yet.Its important to realise that because of the way repeaters work you will not get the same speed as you would next to the router. There are endless clear explanations for this on the internet but in simple terms the repeater has to collect the signal and then pass it on so you might in theory half the bandwidth. So if your actual internet speed from the provider is slow this may not be the solution you are hoping for. My upload/download (just checked) is about 140 MB from the 300. What you will get though if the device is placed correctly is a very strong signal strength, exactly what wifi dongles such as the firestick require.Based on my experience of ease of setup, usefulness and importantly stability its five stars all the way from me.

I got this Wi-Fi Range Extender with Summer in mind. I thought this might help improve signal strength at the back of the house during the good weather! I set it up using WPS which was so easy and just followed the prompts using the TP Link Tether App. My Vodafone Router is in my front Hallway so I Relocated the Extender to my bedroom upstairs just to test. Results were good but not as good as being connected directly to the Router, that's to be expected but when I connected my Laptop to the Ethernet Port on the Extender I got the same results as when connected directly to my Router. Now that was a surprise. I have 500 Fibre Broadband and had been using a TP Link Powerline Adapter with an older laptop I've had for nearly 10 years. It only has the 2.4Ghz Band so the Wi-Fi isn't great. I was getting speeds up to 250mbps with the Powerline Adapter but I'm getting Double that now with this Extender. I'm getting the same results with my new Laptop when used with an Ethernet Adapter. I'm using the RE550 full time now in place of the Powerline Adapter, makes sense with double the speed. When Summer comes round I can use it as an Extender for the back garden. Well worth the money. Below are Speed Tests of both Laptops!
